I have had no response to date about all my issues and and no follow up from the HJ email I sent. The last thing I heard was Skoda UK have closed my case, due it being an issue between the garage and the factory. It’s getting a bit bit ridiculous now!

I have also just sent an email to Honest John listing all my faults with my First edition, pretty much stating the same faults which you guys have already reported.

Guys is it now got to the stage for us all to make our voices heard by considering going to [email protected], with all our issues with Skoda, especially Skoda UK.

What does the letters mean at the end of the Device part number mean, anyone know? I haven’t got a letter.

Are you able to take a photo of what software version you have Branigan in the settings, so we can compare?

I am still awaiting response since the 11th Nov, when my Skoda dealership had my car for 8 working days and couldn’t rectify any faults. This has been reported to Skoda UK and the main Skoda factory!! I suggest anyone who hasn’t reported there faults to Skoda UK to do so. This needs to be escalated! I am personally thinking of returning my Octavia and cancelling my finance 😒

Skoda has had my car since Wednesday and still have it, with no fix to any of the issues I am having with the software. Not impressed to say the least!

Unfortunately not Matmacka, I do get the option to display what I want scrolling through, but only for the two circles, with no sight of settings.

Any idea how you get the clock to display on the dash?

I don’t have the same problem as you, but my music keeps cutting out for a second or two every minute roughly on Apple Music, whilst playing through wireless car play. It’s very frustrating.

When you press update software, does everyone else’s just say looking for updates forever 😡 and the only why for it to disappear is to turn off the unit and back on again. It would be nice for it to say if it had updates or not!!!
