Hi everyone,I'm looking for a good stereo upgrade for my mk2 Fabia vrs,would like Bluetooth for calls and music and am happy with or without nav,any good replacements that are plug and play,thanks in advance steve

I've been looking at petrol vehicles for a few days and found a couple of monte's and a couple of vrs,in all honesty I'm tempted to walk away from skoda for good,all the info I've read about electrical issues,egr issues and faulty engines in the vrs is putting a real doubt in my mind,that's before the emissions recall work

Had the call from the garage,egr knackered,new one fitted and road tested,all good. I'll pick the car up on Friday and take it out for a run and see what it's like then,£620 ????

Thanks for the info,got it booked in at a local Vw specialist for Tuesday,been quoted around £600,said it will be around 4 hours work and he has done a lot of these,working away for the week so I'll pick it up on the Friday and report back,might be time to change back to petrol me thinks

Thanks,it's a 2011 with skoda history and independent history,85,000 miles and drives great apart from today,just been back out for a run and seems ok,scanned again and got aux fault this time,it's annoying me now

Driving yesterday and got the flashing glow plug light and loss of power,pulled over and turned off,plugged my wifi scanner in and put ignition on,no fault codes,drove normally with no power loss until nearly home and same again,this time I got p0403 egr fault. Hoping that someone can shed some light on this for me,how much of a pig is it to sort and prices etc or could it be a sensor causing it ? First skoda so total newbie seeking help and advice,please be gentle with me ???? Thanks in advance,Steve
