  1. @sparckzero This is really helpful, thank you so much for taking the time to share this. I think we are pretty settled on the Scala. We will also be going with the 1.0 engine, it's pretty amazing what they can squeeze out of a 1 litre these days, my first car was a 1.4 Litre Vauxhall Nova and, even on a good day, I think it managed about 50 BHP.
  2. Hi all, we are considering a Scala SE L but haven’t been able to drive one because of restrictions. Purely subjective I know but wondered what owners felt about the comfort of the front seats for long journeys? Thanks in advance.
  3. Hi all, thanks so much for responses, really helpful. I don't keep wet clothes/dogs/kids etc in the car anytime so I don't think that's the cause. The dehumidifier pads look like the way to go but I will also mention it to my dealer when it goes in for its first service. Thanks again.
  4. Hi all, just looking for some feedback really. I have a Fabia III Monte Carlo Estate that is just a few months old. Since having it I have noticed that there is always a lot on condensation on the inside of the windscreen, to the point that I pretty much have to have the a/c on all the time, unless it is a very warm day. With the very cold weather recently I now have ice inside the windscreen most mornings and, because the fan is a bit weedy, it takes forever to shift. The last time I remember this was in my Vauxhall Nova 1.4L back in 1984! I just wondered if others out there have this too or if mine just has duff seals. Thanks.
  5. @Dan.poulter - yes it did come with floor mats, first car I have bought where I didn't have to haggle to get the mats included! They should be standard equipment and that was the case with mine. Cheers
  6. @Robwills - no it's just the standard suspension, in fact I didn't even realise it was an option until after delivery. @Mcburns88 - didn't go for any extras over standard spec except I fitted mud guards myself and a rear bumper protector (not yet fitted in the pictures above). Ordered these from superskoda.com, very good value. Am loving the new car, feels very grown up compared to my previous Monte Carlo tech hatchback.
  7. Here are a couple of pics of my Monte Carlo Estate 1.2TSi 110 in Candy White...
  8. Hi, I have a 2015 Fabia Monte Carlo Estate 1.2 TSi but with manual gearbox. I can confirm that I have a speed limiter but not cruise control. The radar at the front is for Front Assist and brakes the car in an emergency, it does not provide a cruise control function. Cheers.
