Yes - Ordered in Sept 2021 - SEL iV Saloon with a few options last i heard was that i had an "unconfirmed build date" in October and possibly delivery in November - won't hold my breath though! But mine was ordered from VWFS on lease....

When did you hear this? I ordered my iV SEL in Oct 21 - still have no confirmed build date, with current delivery estimate to dealership 25th Dec 2023

My SEL iV ordered end of November 21 - been quoted an unprovisional build week end of October, with potential delivery December 23. So i think July definitely isnt realistic

I wonder if you can get that on the SEL iV - i really wanted auto high beams but didnt fancy paying about £1.5K for the Matrix LED lights

Just had a response back from my Dealer Delivery date has now gone from end of November to week beginning "11th December" - so i really wouldnt trust any delivery dates with your dealers, as i can see this getting further delays all too easily. I spoke to Skoda UK customer services, told them about my situation with not being able to extend my current lease Golf with VWFS, the response was " we cannot give you a courtesy car but we have requested the factory prioritize your order" - i've got to wait 7 days for the Skoda factory to agree and confirm priority status. I have no idea if this will actually change the delivery dates. Will update as i hear back.

Just had another update come through "Your new Octavia Hatch SE L 1.4 TSI iV 204 PS DSG is currently allocated an unconfirmed build in the week commencing 16 October 2023. Though this can still change depending on the factory schedule, based on that date we’d expect it to arrive at the dealership around 27 November 2023." If this is correct which i doubt at this point, it will be 2 years and 2 days from order to delivery....

Though this can still change depending on the factory schedule, based on that date we’d expect it to arrive at the dealership around ." Great to hear it might be built, but obviously no info on delivery date or if it'll get built then sit awaiting parts This was an SEL iV in Race blue, wireless charging, rear wiper, traffic assist and winter pack (heated seats, heated screen and heated wheel) I hope everyone gets some unexpected good news soon!

Just spoke to VWFS asking for an update on delivery status of my Octy iV - ordered Nov 2021 Currently leasing a golf - got the 3 month notice to extend or purchase the car. i was told by VWFS "You'll be lucky to get delivery in Q1 2023" , i am now realistically expecting delivery in June/ July 2023 - its going to be a long wait!

sorry to say - but based on current experience - not a chance I put my order in for an SEL iV in November 2021 , directly with VWFS. Just had the 6 month order status email - waiting for build week allocation. Ordered mine in November with delivery date of July 22 with a few options, i now anticipate i'll get it January 2023. If it gets delivered before, i'll genuinely be surprised

Always ask them to charge the car after servicing - usually they are more than happy to plug you in

Hey guys, old member coming back for the first time in a few years - had a Mk 3 Octy VRS estate have got a new Octavia on order - iV Hatch - SEL . Ordered end of Nov 21, with the plan delivery end of July. Just been notified by Skoda FS that i still dont have a build week. I waited 9 months for a golf GTE to be delivered in 2018, reading the above posts i'm worried if im going to get the new Octavia at all! cheers Simon

Morning All, I've got a Octy VRS estate - had it about 10 months and have covered approx 12,500 miles. Its on long life service intervals (18Ks). Its on a maintained lease. I was out on the road and got a low oil warning. Upon pulling over and checking i did see the oil level was a little below the optimum level. I checked with Skoda driverline who told me to get it looked at as a matter of urgency. I ended up at DM Keith in Hudderfield - they were great! - It did need the oil topping up - i was told the VRS oil tank is extremely small at 4.6 Litres and needs checking approx every 2 to 3 weeks or so What worries me is the high level of oil consumption - at least 3 litres over 12K. I know itll use more oil running in but is this normal? cheers
