  1. Thanks for your replies. It's certainly not the battery as it is less than 3 months old, plus I regularly charge all my car batteries. Unfortunately there is no setting in the CarPlay unit to adjust the sensitivity of any drop in Voltage when starting. It is just a cheap Chinese unit but works fine mostly of the time. I had not considered it being sensitive to a voltage drop but I will measure the voltage drop at that fuse. Thanks again.
  2. Can anyone advise me if there is a permanently live fuse (ie a fuse that is still live when starting the car) on a 2015 Citigo. I originally wired my Android Carplay unit into the fuse-box in the drivers footwell. This was piggybacked onto a fuse that was only live when the ignition was on. I then wanted to listen to the radio when I was just sat in the car without the ignition on. I rewired it into what was supposed to be a permanently live fuse (No3 - ie third in from the right) in the fuse-box at the end of the dashboard on the passenger side but the Carplay unit reboots itself everytime the car is started. However the wiring diagram in the owners manual does correspond with the actual fuses in my car. Before I wire it again, this time directly to the battery via an in line fuse, does anyone know if there is a permanent fuse that is not temporarily disabled when starting the car.
