  1. I bought a 195/60/16 spare wheel from a Yeti, it works out very close, (good enough to get you out of trouble), to the 225/50/17 on the Scout. Think I paid £60 and had never been on a car. And I'm hoping it never does!!!
  2. You will not get anything after leaving a limit into a national limit, it is up to you to know the national limit on that road, as in 60mph/70mph. Mine sometimes does not pick up the end of limit and can be driving on the M5 with the speed limit showing at 30mph/40mph.
  3. My Samsung has stopped supporting mirror-link.
  4. Just a one click app on OBDeleven, or if you search for it, you can do it without the app too.
  5. I personally think it should be a requirement for front and rear, why the need to be seen from the front but not the rear??? Having coded both of mine to have Scandinavian DRL's, ODBeleven even has a one click app for it, two minute job!!
  6. Do a search on here, found somewhere to download for free and works a treat!!
  7. Thanks for that info. I think it was working, as it has recorded my mileage, range and battery voltage, but all I get now when I get in the car, is it telling me it's connecting, but then does not connect!! Have checked bluetooth and re entered the code of the dongle, but still the same. It is a VW dongle by the way. Do I need to open the app for it to work?
  8. Could anyone tell me how to use this? I've plugged in the dongle, paired it up with car, but have no idea how to make it work!!
  9. Many thanks for the info, updated again with the "big" map download, and bingo, just as you said, it fits!!
  10. Enjoy the new car. Is the 16GB card you mention the standard size? I have a 2019 Scout, but when I last did the map update, I only loaded the smaller map. as I thought the one that asked for a 32GB would be too big for it.
  11. I have mine to come on "late" in the settings and think they still come on too early!! Have always had the scandinavian drl's, could never see the point of just the fronts on.
  12. Just a quick update, if anyone is still interested, I now run the scout in normal mode 100% and now after 13/14k, getting a return of 52/53 mpg. Not sure if it's the car getting looser, or it's just performing better in the warmer weather. I can live with that, what with having more power, when needed and the more relaxed driving style of the DSG.
  13. Or change a bloody fuse!!!
