Hi, I've changed my Octavia estate for a Scala, and other than boot space (obviously) I find it almost as roomy in the cabin. I looked at a Kamiq, but the boot area is slightly smaller, which wouldn't have suited my dog. It's a lovely car to drive and, so far, has been fault free.

Thanks for the reply Aldfort. The TomTom does say it is shutting down when I switch off the engine, so i think it must be something else. Thanks again anyway.

Hi, I have had my TomTom Superior hardwired into the fusebox on my 2023 Scala. The TomTom shows that it is charging when the engine is running, but after a few days it dies from a flat battery, as if it is using more power than it is getting. Did anyone have any suggestions of what the problem could be. Thanks.

Hi everybody, had anyone fitted 215mm wide tyres to the 18" vega wheels on the Scala Monte Carlo, (as standard on the Kamiq), instead of the standard 205mm, which don't offer much protection to the wheels, and any thoughts? Thanks.

For anyone not wanting to spend on a Superskoda one, ebay and Amazon have plenty cheaper, but still manufacturers originals. These, as in my case, don't always colour match ( Race blue in my case) but they can be carefully prised apart to allow the backing plate to be sprayed the correct colour. The 3 pieces are just clipped together with tiny lugs.
