Hi all Test drive tomorrow. Anything faults wise I need to look out for including a booming rear hatch? I’ve never had DSG and understand this is a 7 speed wet clutch on 245. Is this reliable? Thanks all👍

I’ve arranged a test drive but would still like to know if the new boot clips worked on the facelift.....anyone or is it topic fatigue on this 😀

Sorry to bump this topic but I am ready to change my car and would I’ve to go back to the VRS. This time though I’m looking at a 2017 facelift and really need to know if the facelift still has problems with booming as it’s a no go if it does. I can’t see new posts on facelift so assume it’s been resolved but any knowledge greatly appreciated. Thanks

Me as well. Such a shame as I loved it otherwise but couldn’t put up with the noise. Has this been resolved now if buying used?
