Just look under the car, it will not leave you with any doubt.

The painted 5E logos does not fit very well.
The “rounding”’/ shape is different.
And yes I tried after someone in here told it was a fit.
But will never need a Skoda logo again after having this disaster of a faulty car for 7 month. Delivered it back in June. -

As much as I hated my A8, those issues are things you can evaluate during a test drive.
Thats the way the cookie crumble and not an error.

After 9 month of living hell the dealer is taking the car back.
Had all fault included faulty lane- and brake assistant that almost crashed the car several times. This is my Skoda number 5, never had any major issues before. My car got all updates, but things just got more and more horrible.
Wish all of you luck, you will need it.

Welcome to the forum!
Last information I received is that the 1788 is going to be updated to version 1803.
It is available on the server for downloading to a USB-key, but the official release will be in a few weeks.
Kind regards
Wes
You seem to know more than the workshops 🧐

If I remember right from my hire cars, you press HOME button, and then swipe-down the top of the screen. I think the updates are located in there. I regularly update the Skoda hirecars I get to drive! :-)

TRINITY has a specification of 7.5Jx18 ET46 and is an OEM fitment on the Octavia MK3 Scout, and the Superb MK2.
It's not an Octavia MK4 wheel.
It's marketed as made from "light alloy", but at 13.5kg in weight it's anything but lightweight. I would think the "heavy steel" 7.5Jx18 ET50 rim from the VW ID.3 would be lighter, although I don't have a weight for that one.
Silver Trinity
Anthracite Trinity
Its by the way the wrong wheels you are linking to. Thats “old Trinity” from ancient time

Had mine for 7 months of living hell.
Delivered it back June last year and got a Passat. After almost a year and 20.000 km. I know know that Vag can make fault free cars.
I hated that faulty piece of junk from inside and out. Was my Skoda number 5, but the last.
