I'm going to write a description of how to get 30 colours with OBD11 once I've entered the correct numbers for the LED-strip (the description I was working with didn't take into account that the values need to be different from the screen values, most of the LED strip colours got very pale and strange )

Hello! I have a 2021 Superb with an Amundsen head unit. My Mobile Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20 5g. I'm having some issues with the wireless Android Auto. Often, when I change settings in the Skoda part of the head unit (sound settings, navi, car menu and such) the Android interface starts lagging, most noticeably in the audio, which gets choppy. The workaround is to "log out" from Android Auto, and log in to Apple Carplay and then back again. I haven't noticed the same problem with an iPhone, but I don't use my iPhone that much in the car. Has anyone had similar problems? Is this a phone specific problem, maybe? BR/RL

In answer to my own post - the Canton labeled (Panasonic?!) system is back for MY 2021 and the sub is indeed under the floor. Not my pictures.

I'm lifting this thread as I'm awaiting delivery of my Superb iV L&K. The Canton system is included in the L&K spec, but if I choose the lower "Style" spec, it is an option, even for the iV, in the configurator, where it says 12 sepakers including subwoofer. In the price list (downloadable pdf) it says "iV without subwoofer". In the spec sheet for the car I've ordered, it says that a 12 speaker Canton system is included (including sub and center). I've also had a discussion on youtube with a couple of persons who claims that the sub is stil there under the floor of the iV. It will be very interesting to see if there actually is a sub!

I tried it too and concluded that you need a rooted phone. Went half way in that process and then decided it wasn't worth it, but not before I managed to wipe my phone completely. If there's a way to do this without rooting it would be great.

I found one in white with the Vega Aeros. I like the black and white look, but I finally decided on a Lava Blue Superb with the Canopus Silver wheels.

Not my car, not my pics! Just wanted to check what you guys think of the 19" Vega Aero wheels? It's a free option on the L&K but I haven't seen many around. If I go for a white Superb L&K iV, I think these would go well with the black parts (grill, windows...).

Although nothing but sketches has been officially released from Skoda, what do you think about their coming concept car being called "Concept iV"? As in, I don't know... Octavia IV? This is how the official sketch looks like: It's based on the Modular Electric Drive Kit (MEB) It's described /by Skoda) as a 4-dour crossover coupé. I've read the word SUV in many articles, but not in Skodas press release. And besides, an electric SUV Coupé, what about the Vision E? Previous concepts have been named with a simple letter (D, X, E, S...) up until the recent concept RS wich then became ther Scala. Do you think the name iV has any significance in regards to the Octavia IV, or is it just Skodas take on the VW name for their line of electric cars, iV?

I think this is what you're looking for - the Setup button lets you sett the "agressiveness" of the blowers in three levels, while still on auto. Also, setting the temp to "HI" or "LO" will maximize the fan speed.

I have the 1.0 manual and though I love the engine, there's a lot of shifting between 1st and 2nd gear in low speeds, the 1st speeds rev interval i spretty narrow. I haven't tested the DSG but I believe it would be more comfortable, at least not having to change gears yourself. Also, the ACC would work better with an auto i think.

For what it's worth - I have a MY17 Octavia with memory seats (but without the Personalisation option, I'm not sure it was even avaliable then) and the seats adjust to the position that was last used by the respective key.

But they forsaw the Octavia split headlights in 2015...

Do you need the TDI190? Have you testdriven the TDI150?

The Sleep Package is avaliable in the Swedish configurator for about £250. It doesn't say what's included. But I wish I could retrofit those headrests in my Octavia.
