  1. I'm not 100% sure TBH. The misfire is very slight and is fine when driving hard I'm not sure it would be the HPFP but truth be told im not a mechanic so dont really know.
  2. Hi, I havent actually found a fix. I still have a small misfire under load i.e going up hills etc. So far I've done Compression Test New Plugs New Coil packs Tested PCV System Had injectors cleaned and tested Had inlet valves cleaned New Fuel Filter
  3. Found this on a audi workshop manual. Its supposebly is the CCZA engine. Which in the picture has the africa plate mounted on the cam cover. Also if you scroll down on the link to the catch can it shows that it fits the early skoda engine but not the later. I would suggest that the website is wrong. To the OP just take your time and check you're getting the right parts for your engine.
  4. I have the CCZA engine in my Octvaia Mk2 and that kit wouldnt fit my car.
  5. https://www.awesomegti.com/shop-by-car/volkswagen/golf-mk6/cts-turbo-2-0l-tsi-catch-can-kit-mk6-a3-tt/?cmp_id=1624059255&adg_id=61207848185&kwd=&device=c&gclid=Cj0KCQiAvc_xBRCYARIsAC5QT9nfjjh5KP2UDicoPYi2Tbb7DwpvIt4StYzbyfoYYsZqvXtwrojamqcaAtcBEALw_wcB Plate is the same as the one in the link.
  6. The kit in the link wont fit the CCZA engine, You need a africa plate that goes on top of the cam cover.
  7. Has anyone had any issues starting their cars after a fuel filter change on the petrol variants TSI/TFSI? Do you need to bleed the system or should it pull through fuel itself. Cheers
  8. Checked the options stick in the boot and it says KZS for gearbox I’ve googled this and I’m getting a lot of GTI Mk6 results and I know they have the same engine. In theory I should be able to order a Mk6 clutch and that will be right? Please correct me if I’m wrong as parts for the Octavia don’t seem to be as popular as the Golf
  9. Hi guys trying to find the right clutch for my car it’s a MK2 facelift with the TSI engine (ccza) put my reg number in on euro parts and the site says it’s a BWA engine so not wanting to order the wrong parts I wanted to know where you have ordered from before.
  10. how much posted for the silver facia surround? Regards
  11. Had the PCV off tonight to check the orange valve underneath - seems good. Done a compression test on all 4 cylinders 10bar each so I think I can rule out piston/rings spark plugs look a little white too me? Would anyone care to chip in?
  12. Ok guys so tested the PCV again, Dipstick makes a slight change in idle when you pull it out initially. Removing the Oil cap has a little bit of suction then the ideal begins to hunt. Also tried blowing down the pipe leading to the PCV to test for Leaks but all seems good. Also no suction on the little hole on the side of PCV which could also indicate an issue? As far as i can tell from my tests it would appear the PCV is actually ok.
  13. Thanks guys will have a look into this.
  14. Possibly then. I did, however, pull the dipstick out and the idle didn't change which is one of the checks in the bulletin. I will make some further checks to ensure it is not the PCV.
