  1. Specified following extras on my SEL estate listed in order of usefulness to me:

    Proper spare wheel

    Rear view camera

    Adaptive cruise control

    Panoramic roof

    Accoustic front and rear sensors

    Sunset glass for rear

Amundsen sat nav  (more useful now I've got speed cameras loaded)

    Voice control

    Rear electric windows

    Variable boot floor

    Driver fatigue alert

    Simply cleaver package

Also fitted Heko wind deflectors - really useful in all weathers and stops car misting up.

Rear door and tailgate fitted sunblinds - useful to minimise heat when dog is in the car.

Colour coded side protection strips - look nice and so far haven't noticed any dents yet but time will tell how effective they are.

Viofo  A119S dashcam - brilliant bit of kit, really small fits to screen behind rear view mirror and takes excellent quality videos.

  2. Hi thought I'd take the glovebox out and investigate the SD2 slot. I've got the Amusden navigation system so there is another SD2 slot below the navigation SD1 slot. It's possible to buy an SD card ribbon extension cable that I planned to route to a more convenient access point. However after inserting media card it didn't show up on the system.

Does anybody know if the SD2 slot is deactivated on the Fabia or indeed if it can be activated.

  3. Hi I had same problem. Using the hook for wheel trims tends to try and pull light cluster out at wrong angle for the locator pins. I invested in a set of plastic trim removal tools. I used the one shown and the attached pic. Inserted the broad hook end between the lamp cluster and the car body. Gently prise in up and down movement as you pull the lamp cluster back in your other hand. Hey presto it popped of with no problem. I've used this several times no problems no damage to paintwork. I also you silicone grease on the pins to facilitate later removals.

    Tools are available on Amazon:

    Good luck
