Started getting a crunch changing to 2nd gear not every time but enough and only 2nd gear Skoda octavia mk4.5 facelift 1 year old 20000 miles.

Update New phones use Bluetooth v5.0 and are not compatible with infotainment. Skoda have to build an update to fix this issue.

Ask skoda business chat on messenger thay will send your query to skoda technical team for an answer. I have used them when I wasn't happy with my dealer answer. I don't get any messages like that on my dash. Skoda octavia mk4 4.5 2024

I have a mk4. 5 with a 48v battery in the back.

Update 9 hours driving today start/stop worked every time so battery was the problem.

Update Car went to dealer on Friday for full diagnostic as having problems with start/stop Android auto traffication and infotainment result New battery fitted said that can cause all sorts of problems won't get a full test till Tuesday will update then.

I haven't seen a battery check in obdeleven not had mine long

Yes that what I'm getting the thing is some days it will work for a few hours some not at all very random Ive also got 7 modules with faults all mention communication errors so im thinking it could be that if so many things have to be right for it to work.

Ive still not got a definitive answer to my question When I first press ignition all dash lights come on (test) then go off (battery light dosent come on at first click) then after about 15 seconds the yellow battery lights on and stays on till I start the car Anyone else experience this.

I have set lane assist to remember last setting the app was 50 credits so I did it with obdeleven vag module A5 adaptation is was easy from what I have found only 2 modules are SFD2 Central Electrics and Gateway all the rest are SFD and unlockable.

When I start the car after the dashboard light check and thay all go out if I don't start the engin the yellow battery light comes back on and stays on till I start the engine is this normal or a problem.
