Car mot was done at independent garage use before on other vehicle not this one so could rely it.he said just change pads all round as discs ok for awhile but did this before and wasn’t comfortable with braking.he said been fitting apec for years and not had issues with them but not sure myself
  2. Hi car passed mot just advisory on pads thin price to change front and rear discs and pads all round is £295.was quoted this just on front so though can’t be good.brake fluid will change at service soon or on brakes fitting

  4. Hello all i have 2015 Octavia 1.6TDI 105hp dsg box just had mot and told needs pads all round but discs are fine. They only quoted me for apec brakes as that’s what they recommend but never heard of them. can anyone please offer any help or offer alternatives Also having trouble getting the right sizes for discs from 276/288/312 or 344mm front and 253/276mm on rear I tried finding PR codes but nothing matches on boot label to what euro parts etc have appreciate your help please
  5. Thanks for response I have Google only find about lights flashing on prnds which means problems but don’t have any lights on see if dealer can find out
  6. Hi all My 1.6tdi Octavia 2015 doesn’t show green light when you select any prnds on the dsg gears it shows what you have selected on dashboard so is it a easy fix or something worrisome appreciate your advice please many thanks mo
