  3. Hello Indars, I am not from Latvia but my Father was, from the Kuldiga area. He met and married my Mother in a DP Camp in Wedel, Germany at the end of the war, then emigrating to Australia. I am the only one from this Family who was born in Australia. There are not many Maris in Australia, but I do see the name from time to time. It appears that we both share the same Skoda. Mine is 2.0L TDI, 110Kw, 6M. Yes, Maris Janis typical Latvian. Regards Maris
  4. Thanks for your response. I have the same engine and the same regen intervals. It just seems like a lot. Maris Thanks for your reply. Maris
  5. Thank you for your response. It seems I'm about normal, with a regen every 200Kms. I use Australian made Fuel Doctor, 50mls every tank and 200mls of Jaso FC 2SO. Occasionally I will substitute Liqui Moly DPF Anti Clog and sometimes Liqui Moly Clean and Boost. The Scout has done 120,000kms and I've never seen a DPF light.
  6. Thank you for your comment, much appreciated. Maris
  7. Hello everyone, 1. Just wondering how often the DPF Regenerates on your Diesel Octavia. 2. What additives, if any, do you use in the Diesel to help in regens etc. Maris
  8. Mine does a regen every 200Kms.
  9. I am around 6'4" and I struggle to get out. I also have the seat right down and the steering wheel closer to me. I thought to myself last week that I must try raising the seat a little.
  10. I have one which I use when travelling Interstate and sometimes in the Country. Our roads in Australia are not that good. I also have PPF applied over the entire front, but I've still got some stone marks on the Film. The only reason I went PPF was due to no one in Australia interested in making the full front Car Bra.
