I took of my Bridgestones after 500 miles from new, and replaced with CC3 Sport. Much much better. Selling the Bridgestones hopefully….

A friend of mine has a Mk 4 vRS which is 18 months old now. He had a similar problem and his son could not turn off the heated seat. The dealer did a software upgrade and it has been fine ever since. 🤞

Couple of photos ‘ outside the showroom’, Stage 1 polish and Ceramic coating now completed. I took Aero covers off despite liking the look of them because of access to the wheels to clean them, and my concern ( and others), about the covers marking/ scratching the alloys. The dealer agreed with me on that no point.

I like the space violet- I saw one in the showroom when I Picked up my red one- it looked really good. Enjoy!

Evening all, anyone got any ideas as to why my Skoda app doesn’t unlock/lock the car unless it is near the car itself. It doesn’t connect with the car until I go near it. So far I have re-booted the infotainment system, and also gone on as ‘guest’ to see if that would help, but no. Has anyone got any ideas please? Thanks.

Agreed mate, the first ones are in the dealership, the second ones wetevaftervzceramic coats had been applied by a professional! 🙂 Thank you ! The red has impressed me even more than I expected.

Thank you to both. I dove back from Lincolnshire yesterday at night - journey of all the types of roads! Detours, A roads, B roads, uphill, downhill and Motorways. Matrix lights are amazing, although I got flashed a couple of times - at least I think it was me! Adaptive CC was also very good, I was trying it out on the M1 and it worked well. It also still looks remarkably clean after the journey, my Mk 3 is filthy. Now to dig into the manuals again, and learn a bit more!

Some quick photos, more to follow after the detailing and ceramic coating. Done 156 miles in it- just wow!

Do any of you new VRs owners use 99RON petrol (UK) in your 4.5s or just use normal unleaded? If you so is there any difference to performance? Thanks.

I am due to part ex my Mk 3 vrs when I pick up my new Mk 4.5 in November. I don’t want the hassle of selling it privately although I would get more. I Have enquired with Motorway and Webuyanycar and they both offer to pay at least 1k more than a dealer. Anyone had any experience of using these companies? Thanks.

So, wheel aero covers left on the wheels or not- I actually quite like the look of them….but I want to be able to clean the wheels properly….🤔

I am looking forward to getting mine. Got to wait until November but that will soon go by. And I have my Mk 3 in the meantime….🙂

Another question 😇, what oil does the Mk 4.5 use? I was just wondering if it was the same type as the Mk 3? Thanks .

I have had my current vRS (mk3), from new. It’s by now on 88k, I love it but probably time to change it 🤞, is there a running in period for a new 4.5?
