  4. Hey Guys, sorry if this question has already been answered, but I took my mk3 fabia (MY16) in for a service yesterday (11/09/2023) and noticed that they'd used 0W30 engine oil VW 504 00, 507 00. Normally I service the car myself, but due to injury, I've not been able to. The car has done 84,100 miles and I (normally) service it every year at around 8,000-10,000 miles using Castrol Edge 5W30LL oil (also VW 504 00, 507 00), however as stated above, Skoda used 0W30, should i be worried about this? should I change it back to 5W30, or am I just nitpicking? Once again, sorry if this has already been answered before, thanks in advance for any feedback.
  5. Hi, sorry if this is a noob question, but do you need to remove the entire bumper to remove headlight unit? or can it be done jist by undoing the 3 bolts/torx screws?
  6. Hello Briskoda Forum, I'm a complete noobie here so I am truly sorry if this is in the wrong place or I am being stupid, worrying about my car unnecessarily, anyway, I'm just after a little bit of advice really. I have a 65 plate Fabia Estate 1.2 110 (45k miles on the clock), now over the last few couple of hundred miles, I've noticed a creaking/squeaking noise ONLY when going over bumps, everything else is fine, NO knocks or ticking when going from lock to lock, shocks are fine with no leaks and car still handles and drives really nicely, also NO excessive tyre wear or pulling to one side. If anyone could please help me with any suggestions as to what could be the problem, I would be much obliged to you. Thanks in advance. Jay.
