Going through Admiral, who's the insurer for the at fault party.

Thanks for getting back to me. Mine has just been recovered to a VAG approved repair shop yesterday. The technician reckons he can fix it for less than £10k (Admirals limit is 60% of the value of the vehicle. Glass valuation has it at £25k, so should be ok for repairs up to £15k), the cost really depends on what's behind that rear wheel. I'll pop the outcome in here when we know, anyway. I've pushed Admiral on their new for old policy if they do write it off, as the vehicle is under a year old and I'm the first and only owner / prospective owner. They've said that's someone they should be able to offer. Hoping for a good outcome either way 🙏🏻

Hey, did they fix this in the end? Just had pretty much the same thing happen to my 9 month old Octavia mk4 SE L - Wheel arch, rear door, rear quarter panel and bumper all dented and rear wheel pushed in slightly at the top 😔 Noone hurt, no glass smashed and no airbags deployed, thankfully. Wondering if they're going to fix it or will I end up with a write off and outstanding finance to pay... 😬

Same here. Phone connects fine, I can play and pause, but can't skip track or see a track list. I've got a 2016 Skoda Octavia.
