    Air Filter

I'd run some ducting from the grill into the filter tbh, that might drop temps a little. But a heat shield would definitely make a difference.

    Air Filter

The issue I'd see with the heat shield is down to the unusual size of the ram air filter. The hole isnt central. Might be a custom job. It may be worth trying to route your own intake into the grill so it gets cooler air but that comes with the risk of getting wet.
  3. I found that its water that makes it's way into the sills. I had it ages ago when I still had the car. I pulled a bung underneath and water just poured out of there.
  4. To be honest, the 75 actually feels slightly slower above 70 compared to the 60. Again, because of gearing. I reckon a mapped 60 would be quicker than a mapped 75
  5. Unfortunately car is now sold, replaced with a 2017 up. Hopefully it ends up with someone on here with it going to auction. It's been a good ride over the last 22 months with the car. I'll get a Felicia pick up soon though.
  6. I think it's differences in the steering column. There physically isn't the wiring there to do it. I suppose it could be done by a keen DIYer or a dealer for quite a bit of cash.
  7. The wheel should be a direct fit. However, the controls won't work.
  8. I hear the equivalent app for the VW up is compatible and a hell of a lot better. may be worth using that instead.
  9. mine does it after a wash. appears to be the switch that senses the boot being closed
  10. I know cylinder head and pistons are different for the lower compression and direct injection. What I was trying to get across was that the general dimensions of just the engine are the same
  11. It's the same engine in terms of the block and head. I did hear some mutterings of there being modifications to the bulkhead to allow the turbo to fit but from what i've seen there's plenty of room. All the engine mounts are the same though.
  12. they're light sensitive, so it works off a sensor i think. and if the car thinks it's too dark, bye bye dashboard illumination. I'm not sure if there's a bypass though
  13. There we go, bit dirty but should be readable.
  14. That's for just the driver and no luggage.
