I had by heater core (Matrix) changed because of the dreaded Silica Bag blocking the Core so the heater was not working 71,000miles I then started looking at my engine oil temperatures wondering if the oil cooler might also be blocked? Water Temp normal and steady at 90C after about 10mins driving. The oil temp rises much slower which is normal to about 90 to 102 around town with outside temps now in the 5c to 10c range If i go onto the motorway and drive to the speed limit (ish!!) within 20 to 30 mins its up to 115c to 120c range . This is with no additional load other than me the driver. In the summer I drive to France with 4 golf buddies with suit cases and golf clubs in a roof box. What can I expect ? is this already too high. Research online does not really give full ranges of oil temps fully loaded driving a speed. Advise anyone

Have a heated windscreen thats stopped working. No visable damage to the windscreen. control panel light switch comes on for heated windscreen . Engine compartment Fuse F11 40Amp Low JCASE fuse is OK. Can't find which Relay needs checking . there are 11 to choose from. Help please.

Yep still a problem downloaded the P350 again from Skoda portal. Seemed to unzip ahain without problems . But failed at 82% and reverted to P330. Do I wait for Skoda to get it right? or try other VW or Audi downloads. I only want Western Europe not Russia or Rest of world. Do you have a link for the VW download and is it newer tha the Skoda P330 week 23 I think Sorry I don't understand all (backend SWDL menu that you have to enable with VCDS / Obdeleven etc. I ) stuff Thanks for the updates PS formatted the 128GB USB stick NTFS default allocation size Is it worth trying FAT32(Default) I expect it makes no diferenve

I've downloaded the latest map updates for my Kodiaq never had a problem in 6 years updating. When I unzip it I get 17 errors . Is this OK ? Used 2 different unzip program both the same and down 3 new downl;oads of the unzipped files polite suggestions please

Does anyone know if updating my Columbus H50 software 0942 will add options to accept or reject Dynamic Guidance options which I currently don't get. See my pictures. I have the latest maps available downloaded. I Have TMC enabled. When using Dynamic Guidance I cannot select the options to " Manual" "During route guidance you can choose whether you want to divert around the reported traffic problems along your route." Does anyone else have this issue and does the latest Firmware / software ?1433 =MIB2 sort this. Any help much appreciated
