Update - I emailed supplying dealer who said it should be possible to enable wireless android auto which is good As a side note have been using wired Android Auto , I'm leaving the cable connected to car and removing mobile when finished Will I have a problem draining problem , does car usb c power off ? or am I better just disconnecting cable each time ? Can't see the cable draining much with no phone attached ? Regards

You can try for free for 1 month I use it , it helped me as my wife did not lock car and I could see on app Maybe try 1 month free trial ?

You can install app called my Skoda essentials which connects to car with shows info Regards Steve

Hi All Need to fit the netbase dashcam 322GW that I removed from my citigo as don't like driving with out dash cam fitted these days I ran the cable last time round screen , round passenger front side to cigarette lighter and was planning dong the same for fabia Does any one know if cigarette on a switched live power source , so I don't drain battery when car is off ? Think I've found it using a magnifying glass can see a letter stamped on locking nut BTW it was the dealer principle who fitted spare wheel ! Cheers Steve

Hi All When I picked up my new Fabia color , it had a spare tyre kit installed instead of puncture repair kit which I requested Have locking nut but don't know if locking nut has a code incase it gets lost ? Anyone know if / where locking code location is ? Also think that dealer has fitted wrong spare wheel kit as one fitted has a screw to hold tyre in place and Fabia has nothing to screw bolt in so spare tyre not secured .... Spare tyre Kit fitted by garage is 6V0 093 860Awhich to me appears the kit for a Fabia mk 3 .... Love the car , but hand over was terrible Many thanks Steve

Hi my Fabia is a colour model and comes with a bolero entertainment system Do you know if I can use Skoda care connect plan with this unit ? Looks like Skoda do a 1 month free trial then £54 per year EDIT bought 1 month free trial can now see more data in My Skoda Essential as above Don't think I will pay for it but will see if I use app much before making decision Thanks Steve

Thanks installed my skoda fabia is not supported My skoda essentials connects fine but very limited functionality for the fabia "This Vehicle is not fully compatible with the app The range of services is limited . can see a vehicle health report vehicle details VIN etc That's about it Anything else I can do for more functionality ? Hi Picked up my new fabia colour today which has KESSY Not sure how to lock and unlock car without using the key fob buttons ?? Sorry first keyless car Can't see to see if any dimples / sensors on door handle so not sure if its has keyless entry should the colour model have it as standard or is it a option ? confused ????
