I did the ‘Audi mod’ 1st as I own VCDS so it was the obvious choice, yes it improved the throttle response and reduced the lag, it did however not remove it completely which is what I was after so I bought the pedalbox and yes it does improve the response further (the ‘Audi mod’ was removed before fitting the pedalbox.)

 

I am intrigued enough to want to try the ‘Linear acceleration mod’ so will hopefully do this at the weekend when I will get chance to fully road test the results (not going to chance it en-route to work at 0300 hrs!) 

This will be done on it’s own and then with the ‘Audi mod’ (with pedalbox turned off)

 

It is clear that some ECU’s do not like the coding, the cars I have done were mainly 190 or 280s. 

 

Hi!  Have you been able to try the linear acceleration mod? I have yet to try the audi mod , but I have a 0C in that bit, and I do not know if I dare.

But VCDS is not OBDEleven and consequently without knowing your current binary code it will be hit and miss.

The coding (and binary) are in the link posted by the OP.

 

Personally I would try contacting OBDEleven as previous owners have screwed up their coding with OBDEleven 

 

 

 

Hi. My configuration is this. I have seen that other people, having bits 0C have put 02 and have not had problems, but I do not know what to do.

I'm the same bit 0C. Does anyone with vcds know what should be set to have the audi mode? I have obdeleven and superb mkIII made in october 2017.

Hi guys! I have a october 2017 Superb Mk III . Yesterday I received my dongle. I did some modifications, start/stop, drl, etc. but throttle response isn't possible. Like other guys, I have 0C at first place. Neither is the rest of the bits the same, that's why I do not have security in making the change. Does anyone have a configuration similar to mine?

 

This is my configuration.
