I made a chicken korma curry with rice & a shop bought onion bhaji that looks like a quarter pounder for some reason 😕 with a slice of passion fruit cheesecake & cream.

I made some naughty but nice penne pasta with lots of grated mozzarella & double cream with garlic, onion, strips of smoked bacon with grilled plaice & garlic toast for tea, Very nice it was too.

Steak & Kidney pudding, Mash spuds, carrots, peas & broccoli for tea tonight.

Horrible day, sleeting down with a high of 1C. It's supposed to be shopping day today, Online shopping it is then. 😃

I found out today that I had another disaster from the sub-zero temps last week besides some seedlings in the greenhouse, I was shifting some stuff around in the garage & noticed the brass swivel fitting on the lance of the pressure washer was busted. I thought never mind I've got another one on a broken pressure washer I can use. I connected the hose pipe & switched it on to test it only to see multiple internal leaks spurting out, I thought I'd drained it when I used it last but the ice had blown out the aluminium pump 😩 The rain has stopped but the wind is roaring down the bedroom chimney as I type.

Overnight snow & still coming down, No signs of the roads being gritted.
