TBH I did have the bumper done at the same time so was around £500 (but the bumper is a bigger job as it has to come off and the washer jets removed etc). Most places were quoting £200-£300 per panel if you are flexible on when it can be done. Of course they did the top of the wings etc. Made it look like a completely fresh car though and was a seriously proper job, can't fault it.

Errrrrr, no! At around £250 for a bonnet respray at a Skoda approved repairer I'll take the risk.....(got mine done after 5 years\75k)

Cut into the plastic where it comes out of the pillar? That'll cause it.... Appears to be a common issue that Skoda don't appear to be rectifying.

My 2014 diesel dsg vrs is on 74k, no top ups are required between annual services (around 8k)

IMO\experience the wires are far more defined in non OEM screens, always insist on genuine and there won't be any issue.
