...Well, we don't want to see four pipes sticking out of a diesel! It would ruin the exclusivity factor!!! :giggle:

Sweet looking motor you have there.. sure Twin exits on the greenline would give you something to look at while trying to catch up with it... :giggle:

Lol, well another dealership has said we can have them so our CR170 may well be a V6 lookalike soon, seen a V6 saloon one around my way too!

Looking at some pics underneath, i can see why not. I'm good with a welder.. if i was going for it I'm might just want one larger one of eachside.

I must check out the A6 backboxs.

They are being offered now for the MKII vRS also now on ebay.

  2. Isn`t the Greenline a diesel? Would assume that it has a totally different design of exhaust between the turbo and the backbox to the V6. I know the V6 backbox isnt compatible with our CR170 (according to the Dealership parts department)

thanks for the note , i was thinking it would be trouble alright, only wish Skoda would add these going forward. i love the Audi versions.

  3. My sentiment's, and get a look at a 3.6 version, I believe these have the boot lip spoiler as standard if you need to see.

I'm going to get the front lip spoiler for ours, but i'd love to get the twin exit exhaust.

anyone got a pic of the under neath of a Greenline and a V6 model, just wonder if you could get a V6 exhaust system fitted ??

some nice Audis going around with the twin exits..

  4. Well, the Superb tank is 5 litres larger than my old Octy, however, I wish a long range tank (80-90 litres) was available as an option.

Yesterday, my Superb achieved 733 miles, equating to 57mpg. I filled the tank with 58.30 litres.

Jaysus, that is fair good, we get about 600 miles in my wife's Greenline, it's still low mileage so it may get better as it hit 10k.

On my MKII vRs TFSI, i get about 390 miles so i'm delighted with both returns.

  5. My Garage said 10W 40 but I only use VALVOLINE Syn Power XL-III Fully Synthetic 5W-30

Very good for High Powered Engines, Longlifr Protection for VW, AUDI,SKODA AND SEAT.

It also meets the figures VW504.00 /507.00

50 euro for 4 Litres but buy 2 in my local Motor Factors and you get 2 for 80 euro.

cracking deal if i may say.

I always use good oil for my baby.

  7. thanks for the comment, they are a nice wheel alright. do people think i should leave the audi badge or try and get the BBS ones. I don't think i can fit skoda ones to it.

i think the car was settled in the pictures there as i drove 20 miles and i was bouncing the car up and down in the back trying to get it back to the orginal position.

Weird as i know the the greenline is already dropped 15mm.

I told herself we need to get the suspension lowered 20mm and she nearly had a stroke, she had a look at the car and say thats fine looking.

i think i'll sneak it away from her next weekend and get it sorted.
