Hi there, I've done a couple myself. on my MK4. I'm going to make a YT video of them. I'm putting together a list of the start up screens at the minute in my spare time.

I went from a 65 plate superb SE L Exec that had all the bells and whistles over to a Octavia III which didnt. Now I'm in a IV and its like the car thinks its in Europe whenever I try to overtake anything on the motorway the card reduces to their speed like I was trying to undertake them. Very odd and dangerous. Going to take it back and get a refund as only had the thing a week. How the previous owner didnt see this issue I dont know.

Once you have your phones desktop you can use google voice commands to open YouTube.

Yeah make a video. Is your phone upto date. Mine did a security update and have not tried it since. I'm off to work in a couple of hours so I'll do another video to see if it's still working.

Is it coming up off your phone? When you click the 1:1 icon and then rock scout should load you to the screen you was on before you backed out. If it is the click the return arrow in top left corner until you see your phones desktop.

Music and calls work through android as it turns your system into the phone. The only let down is the back and forward buttons on the steering wheel dont seem to move tracks

Skoda UK tried that on me. So I replied with "I don't park the front axle in a different country and they are fine". They agreed after that.

JackySi, mines a 2016 65 plate and I believe that's the issue. What's yours?

I would strongly recomend calling skoda UK first. My original set went at 19k with the disk. Complained and got "you didn't give us chance to resolve" spool, but at nearly £400 I wasn't taking it to dealer. Second time was just before last service at 40k and in the service they advised verbally they were aware. First time I got £200 and second time i got £149. I probably won't get it again but i will try. I swapped the disks for brembo and the pads were brembo too but they were down on the mot in January this year. Now on mintex but after speaking to a couple of people I believe padgid will be my next step.

Skoda UK and Mitchells Skoda in Ellsmere port are now admitting these 2016 pads and disks are shoddy. I've had a total of £349 in refunds for parts from them however the ACC does break on the rear so they will wear alot quicker than normal non ACC cars. Also I believe they have the VAG dry breaking system which might need switching off.

Hi all, Thought i'd share my little win this morning: Finally got it working. Little bit of messing around. You need from the Galaxy store: Car Mode - install and don't open You need from Google Play store: Rock Scout Easy touch Finally you need LG Auto 1.2.1.2 from the below link: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/lgelect... Once all installed in the phone go into Settings and Notifications and turn off all notifications for Easy touch and LG Auto. Then open Easy touch and allow anything it asks for. Once this is done open Google play store and search LG Auto. Open the page and click the 3 dots at the top right and disable auto updates. Once done plug into the car and follow the video above. Originally I had to do the above steps 3 times but now it works every time. Phone I used is Samsung Galaxy Note 9

I get it in mine in heavy rain or snow. It uses the sensor in the middle of the grill so make sure thats clean and also no snow on it. Also the sensor behind your mirror in the window screen. Make sure wipers are not leaving behind any grease. Also use rainx on your window screen as this doesnt mist up and you'll find it will work better in the rain. Poor form from the dealer they should of just told you that. Scaring you into paying out for something they cant fix. They will just have it in for half a day and reset the software. Absolute jokers.

1.6 diesel. Yeah used the decoder off the vag site. It only tells you the rears on that though
