Having a go at me for interupting him when I'm trying to explain why he's got a bill for his mother... then as I start to explain he interupts me then when I interrupt him to tell him I need to explain goes off on one saying he won't have someone raise their voice at him and he wants an appology letter writing and that we need to "get a grip"... **** OFF!
