All sorted now, I'm up and running with Skoda Connect. Skoda Customer Service's were helpful to be fair. Signed into the portal with a different e mail address and it all worked. Went through all the prompts on the vehicle and hey presto! 😄

I've just bought a brand new Karoq and wanted to add the new vehicle to the Skoda Connect Portal. However, the portal still had my 20 plate Karoq on it, which I couldn't delete or add my new vehicle. Perhaps, stupidly, I decided to log out of the portal but now can't log back in despite requesting a forgotten password request. When I reset my password, which it allows me to do, I return to the portal and enter my new password in, the portal returns an error message "Skoda Links are blocked" Informed Skoda Customer Service's and am awaiting a reply. Any ideas??? T.I.A.

Hi RCC49 Yes I have the same wheels as you and can confirm that it has Michelin Primacy tyres, love the virtual cockpit. Seems more comfortable than my 20 plate Karoq SEL. Only thing I dislike on it is the rear compartment cover, the one in the SEL seemed far nicer, probably to do with the variflex seats it had

A similar experience to me, ordered on 28th Feb and picked up on 14th May.

Picking up my new Sportline on Saturday morning, a 3 hr drive down South but hopefully worth it. Orderd on 28th Feb and delivery mid May, can't complain tbh.

Great news, not too long to wait, mine is being built next week, (Build Wk16) confirmation of order given on 28th February, anticipated delivery in May 😊

You wont lose that in the car park, that's for sure!! 😂

My Salesman emailed me this week to inform me that my Sportline was scheduled to be built in the next 5 weeks. Ordered in February and ordered accepted by Skoda. Dont know who to believe, it seems to be a bit of a lottery

Skoda UK recieved my order on 25th Feb it says. I ordered a Karoq Sportline 1.5 DSG in Ghraphite Grey Metallic, with the Amendments + package (Virtual Cockpit)

Had an email from from Skoda Connect ....my order has been accepted. The journey has started! 😄🤔

Hi, I ordered a Karoq Sportline for SEL money, ok so it hasn't got the variflex seats but its got everything else on it! Did you go for manual or dsg?

Doable for me also, ordered the Sportline for SEL money and got a good part exchange allowance for my SEL 1.5 DSG.

Thanks for the info Chris, well worth bearing in mind. The Salesman I'm dealing with thought it would be around 3 months order time, basing it on the Fabia he said. However, when I recieved my order form it said expected handover 30/9/22 🙈
