Skoda Connect Portal

Featured Replies

I've just bought a brand new Karoq and wanted to add the new vehicle to the Skoda Connect Portal. However, the portal still had my 20 plate Karoq on it, which I couldn't delete or add my new vehicle.

Perhaps, stupidly, I decided to log out of the portal but now can't log back in despite requesting a forgotten password request. When I reset my password, which it allows me to do, I return to the portal and enter my new password in, the portal returns an error message "Skoda Links are blocked"

Informed Skoda Customer Service's and am awaiting a reply.

Any ideas??? T.I.A.

All sorted now, I'm up and running with Skoda Connect. Skoda Customer Service's were helpful to be fair.

Signed into the portal with a different e mail address and it all worked. Went through all the prompts on the vehicle and hey presto! 😄
