    Clear your boot and see if the problem happens For some reason, any stuffs that move around the boot will have sound at the driver door.. happened to mine and i took quite a long time to solve this..

    experienced the same.. diagnosed and no fault found too.. i found a solution - give a hard bang on the door card/the switch control.. for me it works.. read somewhere in this forum is contact problem with the switch.. but i lazy to remove to clean with contact cleaner
