My Octavia 2.0 TDI is taken 8 to 10 sec to turn over today all warning lamps come on and alarms and buzzers then stalled and went dead. 5 minutes later I started it then it stalled dash saying flat battery left for another 2 mins then started again with foot flat down on accelerator and now all ok. Does this suggest I need new battery 7 years old? Chris

Thank you for everyone help I tried all your ideas not one worked still no Signal taken Cd Unit main Source all connected. Taken centre screen out all connected. I am baffled were else to look. Can I connect a aftermarket DAB aerial to these units?

Are you saying a new rear screen? Or is there a aerial amp in pillar somewhere that needs replacing?

Not good system it was suggested by Skoda Dealer that the Aerial was behind the Dashboard and it was £18.95 for a aerial and £105 for fitting lol

Can Dash Cam Hard Wired to fuse box cause any problems?

I have a set of 8J X 18 ALLOY WHEELS with 225-40-18 tyres fitted these don't quite cover rim edges. Can I fit 235-40-18 or 245-40-18 size tyres so they will protect the rims. I purchased wheel and tyre set online for £650 the 4 wheels alone are £450 meaning the tyres are cheap £50 each which I would like to change to Continental. Any advice on what tyre size I can go to on 18inch 8j rims please? Chris

Can anyone tell can I fit a Sports Exhaust to a Skoda Octavia 2.0tdi MK3 which is been Remapped from 150bhp to 190bhp. I am looking with a throaty note and not too loud can anyone advise me on a exhaust system or back box that will do a decent exhaust note. Cheers

I have had my Octavia Mk3 2014 2.0 SE for 3 years and had same problem going over speed bumps. I keep hearing this all time just over speed bumps but 3 Mots later they never found any play in wishbones bushes. All tyre tread depths all same depths with no uneven wear. If you can put up with the little creaking noise and wait until you have a MOT or uneven tyre wear then my opinion is not to change them. My bet is more like anti roll bar bushes. I tend to find Skoda add to jobs and replace parts that are not needed as the Octavia such a reliable car that they never get much Mechanical work through there work shops. Try some washing up liquid or silicone grease around anti roll bar bushes and see if creaks go away.

I have Think Aware Cameras fitted and hardwired to fuse board. There was no signal before I fitted the cameras. Thank You encephalopathy.

My Skoda Octavia Mk3 SE as Bolero radio fitted and I can't get a DAB signal any where I travel. I can get FM signal fine doe's anyone know of any problems I can sort out myself. I also can't not find the aerial is it rear screen or under front dashboard? Any please help before I pay £120 just to have it checked out by Skoda or £70 by a local Car Radio Dealer. Chris
