  1. Hi guys.. currently on our 2nd Mk3, for some reason unable to connect to Android Auto wirelessly in the newer car. Any ideas? Both have the same infotainment system. Image of system info below. Thanks in advance. D
  2. Hi guys, bear with me.lol I'm a big bloke and took a Kamiq MC out for short test drive y'day and to say the least the drivers seat was snug.lol.. although not uncomfortable. Any big 'people' drive a Kamiq MC? Does it get uncomfortable after a while? Thanks. D
  3. Hi guys, just taken delivery of a brand new Superb SE L. Unlike the previous two SE L's we've had there were no umbrella's, ice scraper and the user manual and bits came in a crappy looking card sleeve.. Before I say something to the dealership, is this how it is now? Cheers. D
  4. Thanks guys! Have been offered a brand new SE L on 0% apr which we couldn't say no to..
  5. Morning guys! We've been given the opportunity to chop in our '21 plate SE L for a '23 Sporline Plus. Can someone tell me the difference between the two or share a link as to where I can find a direct comparison? Are the front seats basically the same apart from the material used to cover them? Will it basically drive the same, it just looks a lot sportier? Thanks as always! D
  6. Scrap that, I'm almost 100% sure that the Fabia has an indirect system. That could've been embarrassing.lol
  7. It would appear that the tyre place have replaced the TPMS sensor for a standard one. Fml, what next. 😩
  8. Hi guys, can you tell me the best place to get a new fob from? Would it have to be the main dealer, or do you know of any independants out there? First a new tyre and now this, they say things come in threes.lol Thanks as always.
  9. Thanks guys, replaced the tyre like for like and managed to save £40 only (Ha! Only!) paid £146 all in. Cheers
  10. I was always going to replace the tyre, was just considering putting a cheaper tyre on the driverside. I believe the wheels were an optional extra.
  11. No cord showing, these tyres came with the Fabia MC from new not the Superb. 🤔
  12. Hi guys, noticed a split in my front driverside tyre this afternoon. It goes up the tyre wall and not in to the tyre. Very weird. The tyres currently fitted are Continental 215/35 ZR18 84Y XL ContiSportContact 5's. Would it be advisable to stick to these Contis? or could I fit a different brand on the driverside? Needing to buy a new tyre has just come at the wrong time. Thanks guys.
  13. Hi guys, thanks for your replies. I would say I wait least 5-10 secs before trying again.
  14. Morning guys, I think I've mentioned this on another post but can't find it. Sorry for any duplication. 🙁 When I first got my Fabia in May this year, there was some intermittent crunching when putting it in to reverse. I'm 99% sure that some one on the forum said that this would settle down, which it did although it didn't go away completely. It's now back with a vengeance, I would say now it's crunching 6 out 10 times. Any ideas? I always make sure the clutch is planted to the floor, I blamed my lazy left foot before! I'm going to contact the dealership, but was hoping for an idea of what the issue could be before hand. Thanks in advance. Darren
