  1. Hello all, we have Skoda Kodiaq withour towbar and would like from time to time to carry with us 5 bikes. What do you recommend: 4 bikes on the roof (is it enough space on the roof for 4 bikes ?) + 1 on the tail gate or 3 bikes on the roof + 2 on the tail gate
  2. We bought Kodiaq (PCP for 4 years) with 15k annual mileage. I looked at one of the papers recently and found out that in a section called Delivery Inspections it says: PDI Fixed Extended Warranty Contract end ... Mileage/km 80000 mi I am not sure about the last line: is it km or miles ? And what does that 80000 actually mean ? The limit after 4 years being on PCP ? Them it doesn't match 4 x 15k - can anyone help me with how to interpret it ?
  3. No, my car insurence didn't cover that.
  4. Hello, we were given two keys with our Skoda (perhaps as everyone else). What company do you recommend to insure them ?
  5. Hello all, we bought (PCP with 15k mileage annualy) our Kodiaq in May 2019 in UK car dealer in X. In Nov 2020 we had "1st variable service" by the same car dealer group but in different location (Y). Now the car dealer from the original location (X) sent an e-mail that: Your scheduled Service is now due. I am a bit confused - can anybody tell me what is going on ? I would assume they have central database with all the records when the service has been carried out. What am I supposed to do ? Ignore it ?
  6. @SurreyJohn I haven't done this (and didn't know it helps ...) - which way should I follow: https://www.ctyres.co.uk/general/tyre-roation Is my Kodiaq SE front wheel drive ?
  7. @e-Roottootyou may be right re the age of the car. When we bought the car two facts made me wonder: the wheels inside (close to the brakes) seemed to have rusty colour the soft, internal thingy in the doors which is next to the glass was sort of greenish Is there any formal way I can check when exactly it was made ?
  8. It is TDI - how do you know it ?!
  9. Thanks @e-Roottoot. The car says: Oil service in 5 days and I have done 16k. Can't I just chose the Complementary Health Check and Report ? Re: Fixed Servicing vs Variable Servicing - I am not sure which one is in my case - how can I check that ?
  10. Hi all, we bought brand new Skoda Kodiaq (PCP) in May 2019 with annual mileage limit 15k. For a last few weeks when I turn on the engine it says "Oil service in X days". Wanted to book it online but when I go to web page I have the following options: Recommended - Skoda Manufacturer Major Service to Schedule (£214) - Brake Fluid Change (£60) - Complementary Health Check and Report (FREE) Which of the above options equals "Oil service" ?
