thanks for your reply bud during my research i read something like if the same fault triggers 3 times the engine light will come on and the code has always been maf intake values related p0101 ,would that eliminate the fuel rail pressure issue ?? not trying to be clever just trying to apply logic from what ive read (which isnt always a good thing is it lol)

hi guys my fabia has an issue where when im in 4/5th gear decelerating feet off the pedals and it gets to 1250 rpm the coil light flashes amber and sometimes the engine symbol illuminates solid amber. ive replaced the maf censor as fault code would suggest but same problem still persists . my thoughts are it could have something to do with the vacuum side of things as it only ever happens during deceleration . ive tried to research it and read about the brake light switch and the boost pressure sensor ,the brake lights are working as normal so my first port of call would be the boost sensor , any thoughts please ??? car is mk2 fabia 2013 1.6tdi 105hp with 45000 miles on it . all hoses checked for leaks as well thanks guys dave . ps the car drives normally when the lights are on (not in limp mode etc)

where do i look for the sound settings ? i have the factory pass code etc and looked in setup but cant see it anywhere.

Have tried changing from NTSC to pal and selecting English but still no joy.

just found out when playing a dvd for the first time today that the audio (voices) dont play ? the music is all there as are the background sounds but no speech . any ideas??

ive also noticed in recent calls list it just saves the number and not the contact name etc as it appears in my phone which is frustrating as i dont know the numbers just the names ,have you found a way to get this solved ? cheers .

i had to go to about device,factory settings,enter password and then select others .after that the drivers door swap slider which did the trick. your right there are loads loaded onto it ,i didnt mess to much with it tho.

Ok got factory code from seller and sorted door thing no problems. Can't find how to change km to mph on vehicle details screen yet will keep looking through settings.

ok so i went ahead and fitted the unit in the link from ebay and its very good ,does all i want and is not laggy at all.. there is one small issue tho when you have have the car details on screen and you open drivers door it shows passenger door open on display.. back doors are showing correct ? weird...

Hi guys ive had a look through the threads re this topic but wanted an up to date answer if you can help please . my fabia has the swing head unit but i want a touch screen ,sat nav, hands free phone unit that also still allows my reverse parking sensors to work as i like them compared to a camera . there are no controls on the steering wheel and want it to look factory once fitted . any recommendations please .not looking for el cheepo but no wanting to spend a fortune either ,middle of the road really .. cheers .. dave .
