Tried various cds but no joy tried mp3 disks also sems very strange was working one moment then soon after nothing ?

My 3 month old yeti se+ has decided to not play the single cd player was fine playing one moment then I ejected then disk put another one in disk plays but no sound any ideas or is it a trip to the dealer to find out why everything else works fine
