  1. I started digging deeper into the issue and noticed that the measured soot mass is increasing twice as fast as the calculated soot mass. That’s where the problem lies: either one of the sensors is malfunctioning, or they need calibration.

  3. Hi everyone, I have a question and I'm hoping someone here can explain what's going on. The car is a 2016 2.0 TDI (CRLB, 150 HP) with a DSG gearbox. I monitor the DPF status using an app and I've noticed strange, more frequent regenerations lately. Previously, the filter would fill up to 25 grams, which corresponds to 100%. Now, it sometimes fills up to only 60% and immediately jumps straight to 100%, triggering a regeneration. Sometimes I turn the car off at 60%, and the next time I start it up, a regeneration kicks off right away. I wanted to ask: is this filter already in need of cleaning? Or could one of the pressure sensors need replacement? Deleting the DPF is not an option for me—I'd rather sell the car first. Overall, I checked the tailpipe and it's perfectly clean; the car doesn't smoke or emit soot. Thanks in advance, and please, no harsh comments. I know I'm not using the car in the right way for a diesel, which is why I plan to switch to a petrol car in the near future.
  4. You have everything right here:) Sorry, I haven't used this forum for a long time. Still need help?
  5. Maybe someone is interested? I have a simple way to upload speed cameras to a Skoda. Just importing new poi and it works. There is even a warning sound. I found UK and some European countries. Uploading the POI takes a maximum of 2 minutes, the only thing you need is a USB drive
  6. Hello, does anyone have an unnecessary tailgate handle for a Skoda Superb hatchback? I'd be happy to get it for a reasonable price. 3 years ago I installed a camera from AliExpress and it stopped working and I will p/x my car, so I'll restore it as it was originally.
  7. Hi, Thanks for Your reklamy. So the next morning the check engine light was gone. I do not know why. The battery in the car was replaced a year ago and is 96% health. I was in an independent garage where the errors were erased.
  8. Hi all, I need Your help, opinion what could have happened to my car. I was today to do a mot at Skoda Northampton, the car passed positively. but after returning home I went shopping and the check engine light came on. I checked the engine is in place😅. Seriously, what could have caused this error? I also have 12 errors in the dsg box, which is strange, and this box was replaced under warranty with a new one and has only driven 11k miles. ECM/PCM Power Relay De-Energized Performance - Too Late G Fault code: P068B00 Status: static Freeze Frame data Thank you all for your help and have a nice evening.
  9. if you are interested I have for sale my Skoda superb 2016 executive 2.0tdi dsg with 53k miles. Full service history + new dsg gearbox replaced in February under warranty. The car is still under warranty thanks to Skoda-all-in until the end of July 2023.
  10. Witam, panowie. Wiedzę ze nie tylko ja się mecze z tym złomem Skodą
  11. have i mentioned es300h anywhere? Or is it just your imagination? 😅
  12. Petrol is not diesel. It's unhealthy for the engine-on low revs engine produce more soot. It is also not healthy for the DMF and the crankshaft.
  13. I bet more on soft eco in the dsg box. The shift points are too low. Driving at 40-45mph it can already hit 6th gear🤦‍♂️. My friend's 2013 seat Leon with the same engine and DSG runs smoothly and completely different. Every newer Skoda I have driven has this lag. I also tried a mazda6 and BMW 5 with a torque converter and it is much better, more comfortable there.
  14. So longer warranty up to 10years, much better sound insulation because Skoda is very loud as a car. Even with 68bd tires it is very loud inside the car (roud nosie) . Dsg- I'm sick of this lag every time I press the gas pedal. every Skoda I drove (scala, octavia, superb, fabia) tdi/tsi engine has this lag- this is how dsg works. And lexus won't have that cheesy dpf. Regeneration every 150-170 miles is annoying to me. Even making a trip to my country 1,200 miles one way, the regeneration was on every 350 miles and the last one me when I reached my destination and wanted to shut down the engine. I am using a vagdpf application which shows exactly what is going on with the dpf filter. hence I have never had a problem with the dpf light on the dashboard.
  15. lexus warranty is extended at no extra cost. you just need to do a service in lexus and you have the warranty extended by another year, up to 10 years.
  16. But it shouldn't have happened anyway. The dsg dq250 is a wet clutch box. Mine had oil changed at 35k miles in Skoda service and at 50k miles it broke. My friends' audi a3 s-tronic a few days ago had the same fault (it's also dsg) at 80k miles. Here on the forum I saw someone had such a situation at 30k miles. So vw quality is a joke. I'm going to sell my Skoda and buy a Lexus. they give a guarantee of up to 10 years.
