Speed camera POIs in Columbus (a new guide)
kacluk replied to Rainmaker's topic in Skoda Superb Mk III (2015 - 2023)
Maybe someone is interested? I have a simple way to upload speed cameras to a Skoda. Just importing new poi and it works. There is even a warning sound. I found UK and some European countries. Uploading the POI takes a maximum of 2 minutes, the only thing you need is a USB drive -
Hello, does anyone have an unnecessary tailgate handle for a Skoda Superb hatchback? I'd be happy to get it for a reasonable price. 3 years ago I installed a camera from AliExpress and it stopped working and I will p/x my car, so I'll restore it as it was originally.

Hi all, I need Your help, opinion what could have happened to my car. I was today to do a mot at Skoda Northampton, the car passed positively. but after returning home I went shopping and the check engine light came on. I checked the engine is in place😅. Seriously, what could have caused this error? I also have 12 errors in the dsg box, which is strange, and this box was replaced under warranty with a new one and has only driven 11k miles. ECM/PCM Power Relay De-Energized Performance - Too Late G Fault code: P068B00 Status: static Freeze Frame data Thank you all for your help and have a nice evening.

if you are interested I have for sale my Skoda superb 2016 executive 2.0tdi dsg with 53k miles. Full service history + new dsg gearbox replaced in February under warranty. The car is still under warranty thanks to Skoda-all-in until the end of July 2023. -

Petrol is not diesel. It's unhealthy for the engine-on low revs engine produce more soot. It is also not healthy for the DMF and the crankshaft. -

I bet more on soft eco in the dsg box. The shift points are too low. Driving at 40-45mph it can already hit 6th gear🤦♂️. My friend's 2013 seat Leon with the same engine and DSG runs smoothly and completely different. Every newer Skoda I have driven has this lag. I also tried a mazda6 and BMW 5 with a torque converter and it is much better, more comfortable there. -

So longer warranty up to 10years, much better sound insulation because Skoda is very loud as a car. Even with 68bd tires it is very loud inside the car (roud nosie) . Dsg- I'm sick of this lag every time I press the gas pedal. every Skoda I drove (scala, octavia, superb, fabia) tdi/tsi engine has this lag- this is how dsg works. And lexus won't have that cheesy dpf. Regeneration every 150-170 miles is annoying to me. Even making a trip to my country 1,200 miles one way, the regeneration was on every 350 miles and the last one me when I reached my destination and wanted to shut down the engine. I am using a vagdpf application which shows exactly what is going on with the dpf filter. hence I have never had a problem with the dpf light on the dashboard. -

lexus warranty is extended at no extra cost. you just need to do a service in lexus and you have the warranty extended by another year, up to 10 years. -

But it shouldn't have happened anyway. The dsg dq250 is a wet clutch box. Mine had oil changed at 35k miles in Skoda service and at 50k miles it broke. My friends' audi a3 s-tronic a few days ago had the same fault (it's also dsg) at 80k miles. Here on the forum I saw someone had such a situation at 30k miles. So vw quality is a joke. I'm going to sell my Skoda and buy a Lexus. they give a guarantee of up to 10 years. -
Hello to all friends from the forum. I will tell you about my superb adventure which ended with a ride on a tow truck. My car is 2016 Skoda superb 2.0tdi 150hp dsg6 (dq250) actual millage 52k miles. While driving on the highway, the car lost all gears and on the computer screen I had information about the gearbox failure. I had to call a tow truck and the car went to the skoda service. I'm lucky in the whole situation that I was persuaded in Skoda Northampton to take the Skoda all-in plan, so the whole thing was fixed at no cost to me. The first diagnosis of the service is a mechatronics failure. A new mechatronics was ordered and it turned out that, unfortunately, it did not help. The car still did not run. I waited for the decisions of the Skoda headquarters to approve the replacement of the DSG box with a new one. The whole thing took 5 weeks before I got my car back, but the skoda service replaced my dsg gearboxes with a brand new one at no cost + they paid for a replacement car which i used for 5 weeks. So I am honestly satisfied with the Skoda service. I especially recommend the service in Northampton for professional service. now I have a question for colleagues from tdi dsg, does each of your cars have gas reaction lag? I am terribly annoyed with how the dsg box works and I am going to sell this car. Regards Lukas

In my country recently someone made a 2.0tdi 150 HP chip tuning and the end result was 204hp;)

when I turn off the engine at night, the DPF already had 98% soot. in the morning when the engine was started, it was cold and hence it showed 100 + 1% because the regeneration started after the engine was started, it took a while for the DPF to reach the required 640 degrees
-
that's 45 grams you are talking about for the ash in the filter. when it will be about 70 grams, the filter should be replaced. because it's full of ash, not soot.
-
if it is as you say then why does it show 100% soot at 24grams? regeneration is always done when the filter has over 98% soot. and when it finishes 22-25% it always stays. the filter never regenerates to 0 gram. if it is as you say then why does it show 100% soot at 24grams? regeneration is always done when the filter has over 98% soot. and when it finishes 22-25% it always stays. the filter never regenerates to 0 gram. the photo shows the condition of my DPF at approximately 42k miles
-
it is not entirely like that. you must have at least 95% of soot around 24 grams in the filter to start the regeneration process. if you have less, none of it. for me, regeneration takes about 10 minutes. you can do it even when the car is parked. I recently did the 1000mil route and the dpf started to regenerate after reaching the destination. Dpf did it several times in the meantime durring the trip.

suggests looking at the andoid vagdpf application. it helps me in my on my 2016 2.0tdi for a year used mostly in the city at short distances and the dpf light never came on
-
I look forward to seeing the results. If it would be that simple and below £ 500 it would be a great deal for me. Maybe it's like with a rear view camera .. it's enough to buy it for about £ 16 and it works perfectly.
