Hi, I'm getting some wind noise on both driver and passenger doors. Un pleasantly surprised by this, love the car thought. Bought in Jan. It's a 2018 Superb SE L Executive estate 150 ps. Anyone else experiencing this? Or is it some fault? Should I get it checked while it's still in warranty? Thanks

They've come back saying it's a DQ381 scheduled oil change for transmission oil only.

I've now received a response from Skoda Customer Services confirming it is going to be at 80k

So, to sum up... - Dealer selling me the car says it's 80k. - Mechanic who works for Skoda in Oxford (Friend of a friend) also says it's 80k as it is a newer model - Skoda Aylesbury also say it is 80k -Skoda Customer Services advised on 2 occasions via chat and phone that it is 40k. I have emailed them to have it writing, expecting a couple of days for a reply. Tend to believe the dealer now but it's sad to see the difference in advice...

I'm not saying it's duff information. It was just the fact I knew something about 40k, confirmed by Skoda customer services. And they say 80k...just managed to confuse me.

2018 Skoda Superb Estate SE L Executive 2.0 TDI SCR 150 PS DSG

Hi all, I am about to pickup (on Sat 25.01.2020) a used 2018 Skoda Superb Estate SE L Executive 2.0 TDI SCR DSG, current mileage is 36K. The dealer is going to Service it before they give it to me. I enquired about the DSG oil change knowing it should be done at 40K and the dealer says it's at 80K for this model. I have been on Chat and on the phone to Skoda UK and on both occasions been told the DSG oil change is at 40k Who is wrong and who is correct? Is the dealer avoiding doing the work before they give me the car ? I just need to know so I keep the car properly maintained and not voiding the warranty. Also I don't want to change DSG oil and spend money when it's not the case/ Any help really appreciated. Thanks Vlad
