I just realise, I bought the OBDeleven 3 device + 200 Credits, but Maybe to delete the error codes, or to check I need the pro it's only like €20 more. Should I cancel it and get the pro?

Hey varaderoguy, no need to be like that, It's not like I'm making any money, or I use it every day. I bought it because a few years back, I bought a retrofit screen from here from a reputable member of this community from Poland, and he needed a backup of my setup before sending a unit to me. Since then, I haven't used it, as a mater a fact I did said I went to a friend's local garage, I did mention it not to upset anybody just maybe it could be helpful to identify the problem. But hey buddy, I'm sure you clean like snow, you never downloaded a map for the car or anything else, right? I don't need OBD11 nor 12 or 16, I usually go to the garage when I got a problem, I was just asking because with their system BERTON there are no errors recorded. But if it's going to course many sleepless nights for any of the members here, I will remove the post.

Hi, My Octavia 1.6 suddenly start giving me an error: start-stop system. I took the car to a friend of mine that has a garage, and he connects his computer, but the car has no faults or error codes. The battery was replaced in 2022 with the original one, yet we tried a new battery, but the error still persists. The car runs fine, no power loss, nothing beside the error on the cluster, and after the error shows the rev stars at about 1000rpm I drove over the weekend on motorway about 30 min 2 time at 3k rpm, yet the problem persist. When reading the sensor, one of the sensor show " -14" (I can ask tomorrow what sensor was) value, so the negative cant be good right, and since the last regeneration or whatever it's 280Km The car runs fine otherwise, and when reading the codes, there are no error stored. I read somewhere that it could be a software issue. I have the VAG software with a clone interface, if I can read any values. Thank you.

Thank you. It was just curiosity , last time I upgrade the maps from the vw link didn't ask for registration. I seen the from the discovercare app can still update, still allot slower than just download the link from you guys. Thank you,

The one from the link you sent it looks ok, and it come with the adapter so its plug and play. does it have the buttons on the side like the original?

Hi, I have an octavia 3 2015, it originally came with a MIB 1 6 inch screen. I bought a 5Q0035874C MIB 2 with firmware MY18 firmware 0478 with a 8 inch screen the one that is just glass crom Pub567. The question what camera its compatible with this car and unit, where can I get a second hand one at decent price €300 its a bit steep. Beside activating it with VCDS, where doest it connect on the back of the unit? Is 5E9 054 634 the correct part number for this car? I changed from the MIB1 to the MIB2, bought mine from Pub567, and If anybody looking to update, I´m sure they others highly skilled, but I have to say, Pub its a great guy, the price was same as ebay, but the item was in mint condition, great communication, and he programmed the unit jus as I asked him with all the protection removed., And with all function activated. So if you look to update, Pub is your guy. Thanks again Pub. p.s. the screen protector, you can get it from Amazon, I bought mine from aliexpress

Hi guys, I have a octavia 3 2015 Amundsen MIB1 (see photo), what's a good upgrade for this? I found someone here in spain that for 750€ can change to mib2 (sd navigation), usb, screen 8" (the one with physical buttons), installation, and codding after. I´m guessing the MIB unit must be one of the early once since it has sd navigation. What would be a good upgrade for me? Thank you.

ok, I got it , sort of android tv, sort of casting the image from the phone to the car display via usb, yet the unit has a cast version o something . Thank you.
