Having a similar issue but the boot can open using the button on the key fob. The boot is shown as open on the MFD when it is actually open however the button on the boot itself doesn't do antyhing. I have access to VCDS and it shows the boot latch actuating(off-on-off), the car recognising the boot is open (switching from to - for), and the "status of rear lid lock" is always "released" but nothing changes when I press the button on the boot.

Fitted the bulbs today and they look great and are much brighter as well as the indicators now being instant on-off . As expected the car didnt like the bulbs but changing the load type of the bulbs using VCDS fixed that. For anyone looking to do this the Bulb IDs and coding are as follows: Module 09 Cent. Elect. > securitry access > 31347 > Adaptations Indicators (doesn't include the repeaters on the side mirrors): Leuchte0BLK VLB35-Type_Of_Load_0 Leuchte1BLK VRB23-Type_Of_Load_1 Leuchte18BLK HLA71-Type_Of_Load_18 Leuchte19BLK HRC10-Type_Of_Load_19 These all need to be changed from "Blinkleuchten" to "LED Blinkleuchten" Reverse lights: Leuchte28RFL C3-Type_Of_Load_28 For me this originally appeared as "unknown" so I changed it to "LED Bremsleuchten" which roughly translates to LED brakelights but it seems to work without any errors on the dash or in an autoscan. If you tested the bulbs before coding them then you will have stored fault codes stored in the central electronics module that won't appear in the infotainemnt or on the dash. From what I could find online its the "lasttyp" that I need to change to "LED Blinkleuchten" so the BCM sends the correct PWM signal and expects the lower load of an LED. Is that correct? Also are those bulb IDs for the indicators in order from front left to rear left? Am I also correct in thinking that the reverse light bulb ID is Leuchte28 even though there are 2 reverse light?

I'm looking at fitting some LED indicator (front and back) and reversing bulbs but cant figure out what the bulb IDs are so I can change the load settings to prevent a "bulb out" error on the dash and hyperflash indicators. The car is a MY16 Fabia Monte Carlo with the front LED running lights and projector headlights. The BCM is a 6C0 937 089 C. As far as I'm aware it should be leuchte(bulb ID) but there are quite a few adaptations that contain leuchte and them being mostly in german doesn't help things. There doesn't seem to be much information regarding bulb IDs so any help would be appreciated.

This issue seems to have fixed itself. After coming back to the car after an hour and plugging back in the options have gone. Does anyone have any idea why this is? I also found the debug folder which lists all changes made using the cable and as many weren't made it was easy to find the original coding for the modules but that is obviously not needed but they have now been written down so I can revert to factory if needed.

Autoscans were supposed to be collapsed and scrollable not take up pages worth of space my mistake.

Long time lurker on here looking for some help as I've made a mistake (I think). I was having a faff with VCDS tonight and enabled a couple of things ontop of what I had already done. Some worked some didn't. Those that didn't work I reversed. However, I'm now getting a lot more options in the light settings menu in the infotainment system that I don't recall enabling. The options are as follows: Dynamic Light assist Light Assist Dynamic Cornering Light Switch on time Automatic headlight control in rain Travel Mode Front background lighting Roof background lighting Door background lighting Footwell lighting Coming home function Leaving home function Obviously it would be great if a 2016 Fabia Monte Carlo has these options but it doesn't. All of the extra options return a "function not available" error when selected and the cars behaviour seems to be the same. The car doesn't have a Rain Light Sensor installed and doesn't have auto lights and definatley no ambient lighting. I comapred the coding of the modules using an autoscan that I had saved the day before before and the module coding for module 09, 17 and 5F is the same. Its as if I've checked something to say an extra sensor(s) have been installed. How do I remove these options from the menu?
