  1. This was the coding I used for cornering fogs, have a look through all the values for Leutche12 and 13 as they are the front fogs. There might be a way for them not to come on with the indicators, if I had to guess it will be one of the dimming options. I'm not sure how OBDEleven and Carista work but with VCDS you can backup your adap map as a CSV which you can open in excel or google sheets which makes browsing the channels much easier. This is the adaptations I have for my front fogs. They have cornering fogs and come on with full beam but not when flashing. So on with stalk pushed forward but not when pulled back. 2. Power steering and throttle response I'm not sure about for the Fabia. ASR is your traction control. ASR off means you can have wheel slip but ESC will still kick in as normal. ESC Sport is ASR off with ESC intervention cut back so the car can rotate a bit before it will kick in. ESC off is no assists at all, if you drop it in a bend nothing will kick in. I think there are two menus you can have which are On | ASR off | ESC Sport and On | ESC Sport | ESC Off Start screen logo is on the infotainment screen as for which bit I'm not sure. Driving school mode I think is an extra display on the infotainment screen, not sure what it displays or what else it does. I don't think pace car turn signals will work on the Fabia as it only has 2 rear indicators whereas the likes of the mk7 golf has 4, 2 on the hatch 2 on the body. The pace car signals has the indicator alternate between the indicators on the body and boot hatch. Cornering lights, the foglight coming on with the indicator is intended functionality so I don't think it can be turned off. I used these lists of adaptations for reference some worked some didn't. The adaptations will not line up 100% bulb IDs and channel IDs will differ so I used them more to point me in the right direction. https://www.vwroc.com/forums/topic/21079-complete-list-of-possible-vcds-mods/ https://www.autoinstruct.com.au/manufacturer/volkswagen/mk7-golf/mk7-golf-obdeleven-vcds-tweaks/ Take a backup of your adaptation map and coding and note down what changes you made and what the default values were so you can revert without issue. If you're wanting to change halogen bulbs for LED's I made a list of the bulb locations and their associated ID. It's from a Polo so double check your bulb ID's. The indicator ID's line up so I'm 99% sure the rest will. https://www.uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?p=591584&hilit=bulb#p591584 Hope that all helps
  3. I'm assuming just by looking at the engine it's a 1.2L TSi CJZC/D as it looks like the top of a coil pack between the inlet and blue charge pipe. If that is the case that charge pipe is part number 04E145673C. There should also be a MAP sensor in that pipe part number 03G906051M held in with clips on the pipe or two screws(N10507201). Might still be there somewhere under the pipe have a look. If it is supposed to have that MAP sensor and it isn't present at all (harness unplugged) and theres no engine light it might be tuned. I'm not sure which sensor is relied upon as there is also one on the top of the intake manifold/charge cooler. You'll also probably need 2 o rings, WHT001386 at the turbo side, WHT003247 at the intake manifold/charge cooler. There also looks to be a vacuum line coming from the throttle body/charge cooler to the blow off valve but where it goes from factory I'm not 100% sure. I've included a part diagram for your refernce. Also might be worth giving it a wipe down before opening up the intake system 😄 I'll try and get some pictures of the engine bay totaly stock for your reference as well when it stops raining. Hopefully all that is of use to you.
  4. Missed it out but the engine code is DAJA. Not sure if it’ll have any bearing but it has all extras minus Dynaudio and electronic suspension. Battery is also in the boot/luggage compartment.
  5. I see, so a bad fan module in my case pretty much means a bad fan as it’s contained within? As I’m getting 1 Fault Found: 15048 - Coolant Fan Control Circuit 1 P0480 00 [039] - Electrical Malfunction Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear which I can replicate by just unplugging the connector to the fan pack. Still need to check wiring as now the fault comes back almost immediately after clearing. However getting the fans out doesn’t seem to be as straight forward as sliding them out the top.
  6. 2017 polo GTi 1.8 Any idea where? As pictures of the reverse of the fan shroud don’t show anywhere for a module to go that I can see. part number is 6C0121207A so I’d assume it’s specific to the polo?
  7. Trying to find my fan control module on a polo 6C GTi. @Breezy_PeteI'm probably blind but is it definitley on the chassis leg next to the fan connector? The module isn't even shown on the part diagram just in the parts list so I'm struggling to find it. I've currently got the opposite issue to OP where my fans wont turn off until the ECU goes to sleep 😕
  8. No dashboard warnings or MOT issues. Still going strong on my set of philips +130% I had fitted 2 years ago. Only time you'll get a bulb warning from replacing a bulb is by replacing a halogen with an LED and then not coding the BCM to expect that bulb to be LED.
  9. Fitted philips +130% to dipped and main (4x H7) and they are a massive pain to change especially on the passenger side with the battery in the way. Hence why I fitted some that are brighter but have more longevity vs the philips gt200 for example. 2019 headlights I imagine are a different style mine are the projector dipped, reflector main and LED DRL fyi.
  10. Could I be sent the 0253 update? Having issues with carplay and hoping an update will fix them.
  11. My Fabia has made this noise since I bought it whenever the aircon is on. No issues whatsoever just put it down to the pump being a bit noisy. I've heard a few cars with the same engine from other VAG brands making the same noise in traffic. Its less than ideal but I usually can't hear it over the fans, radio and or road noise.
  12. Re checked the inlet pipe and airbox and both are seated properly. Only thing I can think of that's causing the noise is the turbo elbow has come unseated just enough to allow air to be sucked in from around the o ring that seals it and once the turbo produces enough vacuum in the intake it sucks the elbow in and seals. But I'm not 100% sure as there are 2 screws that hold it to the turbo inlet. Looks like a 20 minute job changing one pipe is now a visit to the mechanic 🙁
  13. I purposely didn't remove any pipes that have o rings so they didn't need changing . I believe it's just the turbo elbow that I've touched but didn't remove which has an o ring seal. Could it be possible I've slightly tweaked it? Needed hardly any force to get the pipe back on to the turbo elbow. Only pipes I removed were those that would need removing or unclipping to change the air filter. Only difference is that I removed the pipe with 3 chambers rather than just moving it aside. I'm going to double check the seal on the air filter box itself as with it being a short sharp whistle I'd assume there's a tiny gap somewhere or something that isn't applying the force necessary on a seal to seal properly.
  14. I'll have a look but the pipe was bought new from Skoda and couldn't find any notes of revised parts. I put the old pipe back on and the noise still persists. The noise may have been there before as with the bonnet shut and inside the car you really can't hear it. However, it wasn't there 6 months ago when I was investigating another noise.
