Thanks ever so much for replying!!! I have been googling since posting this it’s a flipping Apple issue!!!!! I’m livid both my phones are iPhone 11’s so that’s me screwed for work!! what I did find was don’t sync anything and calls coming in worked but going out sounds awful and disconnects after a minute. But you’ve no idea who it is as the number is shown not the name!! such a pain but at least I won’t now send my car in to be faffed with for nothing!

Hello! Ok so picked up the Superb 2 weeks ago - 66 plate. I connected my phone (iPhone 11 lasted iOS) via Bluetooth and was made up to see my family pics for my contacts. Pretty neat I thought! Pressed mums number and dialed her to check it worked. It did, pressed cancel. However it didn’t cancel but I thought it was my error so forgot about it. Tried again - same - the screen freezes as thou it’s calling but it’s not. Made an actual call home it cuts off after a minute or so and the quality is dreadful on the other end! Deleted phone and used car play stays connect and I quite like it but for work it’s no good as I’m in and out the car all the time so can’t be plugging and unplugging the lightening cable all the time. Tried another phone again an iPhone 11 - same thing cuts off after a minute in to the call. And it seems Bluetooth then crashes on the car completely then and tries to reconnect but it fails. I have a week left to take it back to the garage to fix it under the 30 day return warranty I have Anyone know the latest firm ware for the cars head unit I think it’s a MIB2. I’ve updated the maps already Any help much appreciated - I need to get it sorted quick before the 30 days elapses thanks Catberine

I have actually set the Max way plus with extra leg room here - she’s buckets of leg room now! If needed I could put it back so it’s touching the back seat and there would be quite a bit of room for the front passenger. Put it one way this seat was in a fiesta and all 4 of us could fit in! So it’s me simply fitting it in big leg room mode. But in this car she has loads of leg room and the front passenger does too!! In the fiesta is was a tad tight for the passenger tbh didn’t go far in the car. the other seat is brand new picked it up literally a day ago - Cybex Solutions Z Fix high back booster seat for my 6.5 year old. He’s behind me (driver seat) he’s soooo much leg room! I can stand behind my own seat and I’m a big woman lol - can’t believe how much room this car has I love it!

If you look closely the excess strap I’ve popped in the pocket the actual straps are tight and can hardly see them tbh from that angle. They are nice and tight - it’s the same install as yours. I’m anal about car seats hence why she’s rear facing and will be till she’s not able to go rear facing due to out growing this seat

I did that initially but prefer not to do this as don’t want to damage the leather - plus means I can’t move the seat at all if I wanted too. So I fit the tether loops. By fitting these the front passenger gets quite a bit of extra room. Had the rails been a tad longer would have been ok to tether around them but they are too far underneath. I nearly got that seat but went with the Max Way plus. She’s only just 3 but 21.5kg and 103cm. She’s going to be a tall girl but dads 6ft5 so that’s why - where as I’m Yoda

Many thanks! I unscrewed it slowly and it was fine! Fitted the baby seat tether brackets and jobs a good un! Both kids seats are in and the babies is no longer tethered through the back of the passenger seat. if anyone else wants to do this you need to buy the long arm tether loops from Sweden!

Good evening, I’m trying to fit tether points in my car for the kids car seat. They fit under the seat rail and the bolt goes back in and through the tether. I started undoing the bolt and noticed underneath it inside the chassis was a square metal washer of some sort - will this fall in to the abyss when I unscrew then bolt fully? Or is it a locator washer for the bolt? Cheers Catherine
