    I have a 2014 Amundsen MIB1 with maps. I’m replacing the unit altogether. my grandad has a similar 2014 MIB1 non-mapped stereo. is there anything stopping me putting mine in to my grandad’s? I know MIB2s/Apple car play etc need coding, but would a MIB1-MIB1 need any coding, or is it more unrestricted. just so my grandads car can have built in satnav with my unneeded stereo.
