  1. I ordered an Enyaq 85 in December. What information do I need to get from the dealer to be able to contact Skoda to find out what stage is at. And also how do you contact Skoda. Three years ago when I had my Karoq on order you contacted the via live chat on the skoda uk web site. Can't seem to find that now.
  2. I have just ordered an Enyaq IV 85 Edition from JMM which will replace my Karoq 1.0TSE SE Technology. Sales man Nick Flynn was back on form providing the same excellent service as he had given when we purchased our Citigo and Fabia.

The Sportline is terrible value. It is basically an SE Tech with bigger wheels and a hefty increase in price.
  4. I should have said the red Led on the dead key does not light when you press the buttons. I have phoned the dealer and it will be almost £200 for a new key. A price which is scandalous.
  5. One of the keys for my wife's Fabia has died. Not just a flat battery as I changed the battery and it still would not work. Any idea how much a replacement would cost?
  6. Just been told that my Karoq is scheduled to be built in week 40 (beginning 28th September. It will be the new MY 2021 specification which means for my SE Tech the following: KESSY GO – Keyless start / stop system with alarm and SAFE system added Two USB C ports to replace 1 USB A (guess I will have to buy a couple of USB C To C cables) New two-spoke steering wheel Emergency call standard on all trims SE Technology will come with Remote access and Infotainment Online (1 year)
