  1. I have had a number of update on the Infotainment system which do appear to have solved the problems. However i still experience the following on a regular basis . Radio changes station from Talk Sport to Radio Liverpool. Looking for some answers I read that if you have a dash cam with aa rear camera ,this can cause the problem due to interference..... On the MySkoda app the Doors & Lights indicates the windows are closed when they are open. Also the app sjhows locked even when the boot did not close correctly and could still be opened.
  2. Hi Kris, i had exactly the same problem on my Kamiq purchased back in September. I was. Following the instructions and contacted customer service. to cut a long story short, the fix was an upgrade on the infotainment system. A previous upgrade and a rest failed to cure. book it into you local dealer its a 20 min job
  3. Problem now resolved Ot took 2 software updates (I suspect it was actually firmware updates) to resolve the problem. Took far to long to resolve, 3 weeks
  4. I get to the point where Connect asked to press the unlock on both keys. Connect responds to both keys (0/2, 1/2 then 2/2 Then we are told to call customer services end
  5. Hi I have exactly the same problem on my 70 plate Kamiq. I have been speaking to Skoda customer services who say they have referred the problem to the factory and should have an answer in 48hrs. It has now been 4 days. The dealer does not know the fix but i have booked in with them but have to wait 11 days so i can get a courtesy car. I have said if they cannot resolve by the 23 rd September i want a full refund or replacement vehicle. In the last 3 days i have also had the Connect ask for a software update which i did but next day it says it needs another update. I will post if i get anywhere with Skoda
  6. Hi AllanW, I am having issues with the Connect System on my new Kamiq. I have installed the My Skoda and SkodaConnect App’s. Created my CONNECT account. when i tried to set myself as the primary user i get the message, Cannot Create Primary User. Contact CustomerServices Did you have any such problems? Skoda UK have been working on this since Monday’. Also Connect has asked for a a software update each evening for the last 3 days which i have completed.
  7. Hi All, Residing in Leigh, Lancs for the last 5 years since moving from Oxford when i retired early. I have just purchase an brand new Kamiq SE-L 1.5 DSG. I have owned 2 Skoda Octavia’s I the past. A VRs and a Laruin Klement. Joined Briskoda to listen and participate in topic relating to the new Kamiq.
