  1. Hi @ERIK99, another MK local and I have almost the same spec as you, albeit different engine! You've probably already discovered this, but for any other interested parties there are two key settings in pACC: ▶ Road layout preview - Switch the cruise control on/off according to the road profile (e.g. reduce speed before a bend) ▶ Speed limit preview - Switch the speed control on/off according to the permissible speed I have disabled Road layout preview, as it exhibits the behaviour Erik described, inconsistently slowing for roundabouts, sometimes 40mph, sometimes 28mph. Also seeing bends that need slowing to 28mph. I think it would work best in motorway situations. The speed limit preview again is best on motorways, for example it reduces down to 60mph for the temporary speed restriction on the M1 roadworks. It's 'mostly' ok around Milton Keynes, but sometimes goes 40mph/30mph/60mph when the actual change of limit is a straight 40-60mph. In addition side roads are sometimes seen as 30mph, sometimes 20mph seemingly regardless of actual permitted speeds.
  2. It's a new 280 hp / 206 kW engine I believe as it now has 400nm of torque between 2000-4950rpm. There's no documentation detailing the exact DSG spec, but I can confirm it is a 7-speed. It seems to be the same gearbox as in my father's 2019 272ps (yes, we now have matching cars! ). There's a small improvement to claimed 0-60mph with it now being 5.2 seconds. Happy to provide any other information people may require on this new UK spec if it's something I can get.
  3. Received on 1st March, so nice to drive it on the first day of a new registration, not that anybody cares much about new registration years anymore! So far love everything, smooth cruiser, rapid turn of speed when required and a quality feel. Couple of issues with wireless charing dropping out, and Apple CarPlay struggling to stay connected along with Keyless locking rarely working. I'll do some searching on here and see what I can find.
  4. Update from dealer that it's arrived in UK, so delivery next week or two. Was hoping to hold off for March registration but having it sitting there for a couple of weeks would be frustrating to say the least!
  5. Understandable, and that's the build week, so still expecting delivery end Feb/first week March at earliest by the time it's been transported/prepped etc.
  6. Yes, 272hp only available from stock, all factory orders are 280hp.
  7. Update on this, Brexit price guaranteed, and ordered ahead of Superb price increase (I think next week). Update today from dealer to say Build Week allocated, 3rd week in Jan.
  8. Delivery is estimated at 10 weeks (although I'm guessing more like 12, so probably March 2021). The Skoda UK website states: "**We guarantee not to pass on post-Brexit tariffs to orders placed with your Retailer before 17.30 on the 31st December 2020. Excludes SUPERB iV and OCTAVIA iV. Retail customers only. Subject to taking delivery on the date communicated by the retailer. Talk to your Retailer for full details. Final price is at the discretion of your Retailer." but you can be certain I'll clarify that with them!
  9. Placing an order tomorrow (hopefully!) for a 280hp L&K. They are using the 272hp spec for the Skoda finance quote, but these are only available from stock. New factory orders are all 280hp.
