  1. Temperature seems about right
  2. Iv just filled the tank up from almost empty and something strange happened.. after driving about 5 miles the needle has dropped to 3/4 full and the range has gone down. I can’t see any leaks and the cap hasn’t fallen off 😆. Any idea what might have happened?
  3. All fixed. It was the blower motor and it was a dash out jobby. Local garage did it for £280 all in. Thanks for the advice everyone its blows a fkn whooolyyy now 😂
  4. I’ve found the video - it’s looks epic. There’s slim chance of me not having a bowl of screws left over after refitting the dash! Some of the comments suggest there’s enough room to wiggle it out / get to the screws but just removing the Ac unit, stero and passenger airbag. Any thoughts on this?
  5. Thanks mate, il try find the video. Your not filling me with much confidence tho I must admit! At the moment it won’t run on any setting at all, and the display flashes for a few seconds on start up indicating a fault it has been working fine previously only noticed it not working today 😞
  6. I’m pretty sure I did, it was on the left side of all the fuses, will double check tomorrow tho.
  7. Tight squeeze for my hand but it appears to be spinning freely 🤷‍♂️ If anyone knows of any other fuses relating to the fan it would be great appreciated 😀
  8. Thank for the reply matey I haven’t tried putting my hand up around it because I thought it was a sealed unit but hand up the Cabin filters a good shout after your advice I will have a go. Be good if it just needs a nudge! Dash out seems a bit excessive I was worried that would be the case tho after trying to find screws!
  9. Fuse 39 seems to be fine - looks like that has a fan picture on the diagram. Are there any others to check?
  10. Thanks for the reply, yeah probably a good idea! Do you know what fuse il be looking at? Thank you
  11. I’ve got a 2009 fabia 2 1.4 tdi just noticed today my Climatronic electric aircon blowers have backed up 🤦‍♂️ It’s not blowing on any speed setting at all. I can see the blower fan housing and 2 lower screws looking up under the glove box but can’t see how to remove the box so I can get to the other screws. anyone got any ideas? Looks like easy replacement so long as I can get behind the glovebox! Cheers all
  12. Thank you for the reply 😀
  13. First post so be kind 😀 I’m looking at purchasing a fabia estate 1.4tdi it’s got 75000 on the clock, full service history inc belt and pump also had a new clutch recently. The dealers are going to give it a full MOT before purchase. Can you tell me anything to look out for, common faults? would be my first Skoda after having a terrible time with Peugeot! Thanks 😊
