  1. Hi all, Firstly my apologizes that I didn't post this in the correct area. I'm not sure how to how it nor why when I logged in I came to this particular area.. I am still facing a problem which as been reported on other sites. The Skoda Update Portal isnt working correctly and is timing out on the downloads. Does anybody know how this can be reported to Skoda? Mike
  2. Sorry, do I need to reformat the card or just cut and paste onto the laptop? Not sure what would happen if I reformatted the card with a security partition on it, ie would I wipe that out?
  3. Thanks, that makes sense. Mike
  4. Hi, I have a Skoda Karoq 68 reg. I have tried to download & install the latest maps. When I try to download the maps I am getting a 'network error' message put if I select the resume option the maps eventually are downloaded onto my laptop. I've then unzipped the file onto a new SD card (should I only use the existing Skoda SD card) but when I plug it into the cat I am getting "Navigation Database is unavailable". Do I install the card with the engine switched off? Any help/suggestions would be very much appreciated. Mike
  5. Hi Will, How did you manage to swap out the flaps? I've got a new connector and I'm unsure how to take out the flaps as the pin looks very very tight? Regards Mike
  6. I found this on eBay but I think it’s the connector and doesn’t look like it’s included the cover ? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/266425894595?hash=item3e083886c3:g:Vl8AAOSwJu1lEbtV Any thoughts? Mike
  7. Does anybody know if it’s easy to replace the cover as mine is broken?
  8. I have the same problem with my Karoq. The car is apprx 18 months old and this was just started. Any ideas how to fix this? I am wondering if some moisture has got to the lens and has changed the angle of view??
