  1. @wolfsburger coming from its previous owner, enjoy it. Most of the annoying Fabia issues I sorted via a specialist. Have the chassis shot blasted and powered coated and it would be perfect. Unfortunately with ulez and other things going on in my life. Aside from my daily, I owned two cars which were toys (the vrs and an bmw m4) unfortunately with ulez where I live, the Fabia was the one I decided to part ways with. Maybe another lemon yellow low miler if one came up again in the future. Enjoy
  2. @DeanVRS20VTthats what I’m planning to do with my vrs. I’ve got other cars I use daily and will have to pay each time I want to take it out. Will keep the mileage down 🤣
  3. @DeanVRS20VTthe guy did tell me but I can’t remember. Where that photo is taken, the car resides just down the road from there. If ULEZ is coming, I would imagine they’d be looking to get rid as it’s a daily driver
  4. @DeanVRS20VTyes, I’ve had a conversation with her husband. They’ve owned it from a few months old. The reg is KK07PRZ. The husband told me he has a mk5 golf edition 30 and the wife has the vrs. Sometimes the husband drives the VRS and that’s when I managed to talk to him when I was out for a jog and he was pulling up on their driveway. I live in Selsdon Vale now and your probably see my VRS in this area also. I would love a mint yellow mk1 octavia vrs
  5. @DeanVRS20VTis that your red octavia vrs parked up in coney hall?
  6. I have one with 17k miles fsh, totally original and only serviced/items replaced with genuine parts. As mentioned, they do exist but this isn’t daily driven
  7. Hi, I bought number 10 and it currently resides in Hayes, (Bromley, Kent). Currently on just over 17k miles and as part of a small collection of summer weekend toys. Stored in a heated garage most of the time
  8. Has he got the third centre head rest on any of the sets of seats?
  9. I’ve recently bought a 39k mile 56 plate that i have just finished a minor restoration on. The old boy who owned it left it sat outside for a while before he gave up driving. It needed: new headlights (originals cloudy) coolant rad (minor leak) a/c condenser discs and pads all round new rear brake callipers new windscreen scuttle 4 alloy refurb & 4 new ps3 tyres four new centre badges new vrs grille badge (local TPS had one left in stock) new Skoda grille badge cam belt & water pump egr valve a/c hp sensor all parts I purchased from TPS and are all genuine. I’ve bought the car to keep long term as part of my collection & hopefully a sound investment. I always wanted one when they were new (I wasn’t old enough to drive then). I’m lucky enough to have company car for a daily and the fabia is garaged for summer use only. I’ll likely rotate the fabia on my Nurburgring trips with my performance toy
