  1. FInally Just updated my Bolero MY21 (H22 0270) with new navigation database (yes, bolero MY21 has it). Instructions EXACTLY as I've posted above: 1) Download zip. 2) Extract to NTFS flash drive 3) Insert flash drive and keep Bolero on for some time. No need to click update or somehting similar! Just keep your head unit on! I was driving around for 1h, using wireless carplay for music and navigation as usual. After 1h I still had 19.11 (factory). After 1h I've performed "hard reset" by holding "on" button on Bolero for 20 seconds. After that I saw 20.7. (may be 20 minutes is enough, I don't now) (I'm pretty sure that process took less than 1h, but version in system info updated only after bolero reboot) That's it
  2. I'll try without this first time (this Passat has "old" mib3 - H12, we have a bit newer version (H22))
  3. Downloading maps for my bolero MIB3 . I'll try to update myself (OI_P41_EU_202025_Offline_Update.zip ~ 25GB). (I know that maps are useless for bolero, but bolero 21MY is actually Amundsen with locked navigation feature)
  4. https://www.drive2.com/l/577482199679370293/ Was: now: here is how we in Russia update maps. You can use google translate Copy-paste: 1. Download the archive 2. Unpack it to a USB flash drive (format in NTFS) 3. Insert the radio from the USB and drive for 20-30 minutes (or leave it running), everything happens automatically)
  5. I'll check our local forums with exact instructions and description of update process from flash drive. And yes, I'm talking about MIB3 with typec (H22 units with 0270)
  6. Hey all. Can anyone with 21MY share vcds dump with all adaptions? What to compare with my Kodiaq MIB3 (21MY, H22 027)
  7. Exactly Some people reported that update takes more that one our. But interface is awful. While update you cant understand is it in process or not. You just need to keep head unit on for some time (you can continue using car). And after some time you'll se new map version in system info. At least that's how it works for us in Russia. But we don't have Skoda Connect. Maybe if you have it, update from flash drive is disabled (but I'm pretty sure that it's not).
  8. As we don't have Skoda connect in Russia, we can update maps from skoda portal: https://updateportal.skoda-auto.com/ by VIN. Download maps to flash drive, connect to TypeC and update via menu. Update takes about 1h.
  9. Did anyone tried this on MY21? And I have question about Speed Limit\ACC. Is it possible to set Limit (GRA) as default instead of ACC?
  10. Hey all! Looking for VCDS owners who has MIB3 car. Anyone? (I need adaptions dump)
  11. Hey all, I'm from Russia and we have MIB3 with reduced functionality and some bugs because of that. Main issue is that because of some legal we don't have skoda connect in any form. This one is not possible to fix with any adaption change I believe But we have some other bugs\issues that maybe we can fix with adaptions change. What I really look for is VCDS\ODIS dumps from cars with MIB3 (superb\karoq\kodiaq and other (not only skoda) with H22 and SW 0270. I would really appreciate if someone share their dumps. I don't need personal info (like VIN) - just adaptions. Few issues that I want to try to fix: - Compass in off-road view does not work ( I need proper value for IDE04307-ENG117733 compass_0x15_msg_bus) - Wireless Android Auto does not work (wireless Apple CarPlay works). - Green Score view does not work
